It's WAS amazing !!

Hot foods ( scrambled eggs, sausage, etc) were not warm. Very little scrambled eggs

Eggs were terrible each day whenver they served scrambled eggs. The first day the quiche ran out prior to breakfast end time and it was not refilled. Your staff needs to smile more when we checked in the lady that assisted could not crack a smile she seemed super mad not a good impression, perhaps they are not use to Hispanic people staying in Nashville. There was a gentleman at the front desk which was nice he had long hair and an mustache as well as another man with piercings he was nice too. BUt the lady wow terrible perhaps she needs to be behind the scenes and not the person at the front desk greeting guests.

It's hard to say because I was billed twice for the stay. This is overshadowing everything else.

I paid twice for this stay. Once through booking.com and the other tome at the hotel, when I was told my card was needed for incidentals. When they took my card, they billed me again for the entire stay. 5 days later, this is still not resolved.

Temperature thermostat control erratic

nice amount of space, friendly staff, decent breakfast, clean amenities

I did not like the motion lights, especially with where the baby was trying to sleep. There wasn't a fan in the bathroom and the blinds didn't close all the way. Also it was pretty dirty - especially the floors.

I like the modern feel of the property. Ricardo was amazing! He welcomed us with a bag of goodies and asked no questions about our service dog. I think we will be staying at Hilton’s from now on (such a relief.)

The directions to the property on our navigation were absent and the property was hard to find

Location. Right off highway.

Basically borderline rundown.

The hotel I usually stay at in Valdosta, was under renovation. I have stayed/enjoyed the Home 2 by Hilton at other locations, so booked here. A bit hard to actually see/find due mainly to the busy traffic on the road/hwy in front, but easy enough. Room and staff were as expected - clean and friendly/courteous. Room was nice and experienced no problems.

The complimentary breakfast was pretty standard, and sub-par. It was staffed well and clean, with a good selection on seating. Eating 'almost eggs' is never a good choice. Bland and 'instant'. No flavor or body. Parking is 'ok', but not many places near the entrance to the hotel.
