Breakfast was good. The area was quiet and we rested well.
Do more with oest control because we had a very big spider in our room. Thankfully someone got rid of it for us

The rooms were dirty, over charge fee of security deposit for dirty rooms.

Can’t think of anything to name.
Water was ice cold, couldn’t take a shower, furnishings needing repairs & room was musty. Had to rebook a room, they had my paper copy reservation but it was pulled from the system.

There appear to be a problem with either ventilation or the AC was left off. You could feel the dampness. The floor was moist as well as my clothing in the suit case. The staff was friendly.

The staff were very nice and understanding about the bug infestation and granted my request to cancel the reservation.
They apologized for the inconvenience.
The staff were very nice but the room was not clean and infested with cockroachs. When I switched rooms, the next room had bugs in the mattress. I asked the front desk to cancel the reservation and I went to another hotel. The front desk was very apologetic and understanding.

It was clean. Most of the staff was nice
I booked the hotel because my AC went out. I left my work phone at the hotel, i checked the “Find My” at 11:47am, it had the hotels address, i turned around went back to the hotel. Pinged my phone again and it said “Device not Located”. Which means someone turned it off. Everyone ssid they had not seen it. But there is no way my phone just up and left the hotel. I was out of work Sat, Sun, Mon and Tues. Then Hurricane Idalia hit Wed. So i was out work the entire week. Almost lost my job. I did file a police report.

Nothing about the property was positive.
Horrible facilities, smells of mold and mildew. Broken bathrooms, unclean linens, holes in drywall hidden by appliances, horrible management, and staff.

My first room was full of roaches!! The bedding was extremely dirty.

The funky smell in the elevator, the gym was down, there was no ice vending machine in our floor

The staff was wonderful and hardworking.
The property should be gutted and rebuilt. It smelled horrible upon arrival. The entryway smelled like cigarettes and wet moldy towels. Mildew was evident in the room the ceiling was wet and severely cracked held up by wet plaster. The shower head and towel were rusted and dirty. The room smelled unsafe, wet and moldy carpet. The owner should be ashamed of himself.

The hotel was in a good location and the staff were friendly. The beds were comfortable.

Beds were lumpy/saggy. Mattress in pullout sofa has springs popping out. Jets in tub were not functioning. Overall it could use some TLC.

Rooms carpet was soiled and smelled, the beds where half made up. And one of the rooms had roaches in it. They ran out the fridge and scattered.After that happened we got our luggage and exited the room and talked to management at the hotel. We decided to go to another hotel. They still charged me for the room even though we didn't stay there. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY THERE!!!!

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Inspite of a very busy weekend this motel did an excellent jib.

We were traveling for my sons graduation from VSU. We tried to get into the rooms at 2:30, but we were told check in was at 3. We left and came back to the hotel at 3:30, and were told that we could check in, but that the rooms weren't cleaned. We stood in the lobby with 20 other guests who also had to wait for clean rooms.
The man at the desk was truly frustrated and cracking jokes. He was very firm to his staff in a very condescending way. He kept stating that he was suppose to be off, possibly on vacation. How would they be handling things if he wasn't there.
We were in the lobby until 3:50. We had to shower and change and be out of the hotel by 4:45, which didn't give 7 adults much time. When we entered the room, the towels were all damp, as maybe they weren't given enough time to dry.

seemed clean and neat in lobby. nice greetings from staff breakfast ok I got there at 8:30 and there were only 2 pieces of bread left. no bagels or rolls and no tea bags
my room wasn’t vacuumed. and bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. still papers on the floor and rug and a light burned out in the bathroom. the shower did not drain well and the air conditioner unit was making a noise like a grinding

The parking lot and outer appearance of the hotel is okay.
They have Bed Bugs! After contacting front desk about it they left a can of Raid Bug spray at my door. we had to wait until hours until a manager was on duty to check out and ask for a full refund. The manager came around 7am. He apologized for the horrible conditions and experience we had to deal with that night. He said that he will refund my money for that night and cancel the rest of my stay without penalty to me back to my card since I paid myself and not through a third party account. I contacted Booking.com as well and informed them of everything and the lady said she’d send a formal email to the property and would also help me get my full refund back. My daughter had a few bites on her neck and arm from being bitten by them. I stripped her down to get her out of those clothes and into a hot shower. We left everything we slept in that night in the trash can in that room. We put the luggage in large trash bags and in the trunk. Not taking any chances! Manager canceled the rest of my reservation and printed out a paper stating how he adjusted my account to fully refund my money back to my card and gave me back my $100 cash deposit. He had me sign a check out paper and apologized again as we were leaving. Someone tried to charge my card $192.00+ change after we left. I called the hotel and was left on hold for over thirty minutes before I was hung up on. I contacted Booking.com to see where I could leave my review because this hotel should be closed down. I am still waiting on my full refund from either the hotel or Booking.com.
