Friendly welcome from Host. Nice and comfortable, happily recommended for large families, plenty of beds. Close to shops, supermarket and entertainment.

found cockroaches in kitchen and rooms, shower water drain not working, but great location.

The location is near to the MTB park as we where there for the Whaka 100 event over the weekend. House is big as well.

The place is a bit tired, old, screeching sound everywhereie, opening doors, foot steps, etc. Outside bench collapsed just moving it and is not safe, should get rid of those. BBQ has no gas. The worst part is there are cockroaches in the bedroom which made the little ones unsettled and hard time sleeping.

It is not very clean and they said no pets but they had pet door located at the back door and we were welcomed by cats.

Loved the spaciousness of the house. Loved the cose & warmth from the fireplace at night after a busy day out. Had an extra person added with ease. We loved our stay. Would def use again.

Apart from finding cornchips throughtout the house was ok. Just not cleaned properly. Otherwise satisfactory.

Excellent location and a beautiful place, with plenty of spacious bedrooms and washrooms. Excellent for groups and the place has a character of its own. The neighbourhood was quite and we had a great time. The house was enough to keep us indoors and entertained for a full day with heavy rain. Highly recommended.

The bbq was not clean, we had to clean it before using. Also, the entrance to the location is narrow and requires good skill if you are driving a people's mover or a bigger car.

We loved the Super comfy bed .

No key for the back door or sun room door. If there was a fire only exit was the front door.

Highly recommend! The house was exceptionaly beautiful and catered to our big family. It was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. It was tidy and clean with huge room space for everyone. Host was very polite and great communication in making our stay comfortable. Great location and thumbs up if your wanting some relaxing time with privacy. Overall, we throughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.
