Great place and location

We had a wonderful stay at this great condo. Everything was as described and even better. Very cozy and roomy. Loved the hottub on the downstairs deck. Great view of the slopes. Very convenient shuttle service to the slopes. Would love to stay here again!

The condo was perfect. Great location to the mountain and the town. Amenities were excellent with a great view. Would stay there again.

The layout was perfect for us. I had company join me thru the stay. My 3 grandsons were there and loved the skiing, playing in the snow, and lounging around. Would recommend the place to anyone.

We were very pleased with the house during our stay in Winter Park. It snowed quite a bit and temps dropped down into the negatives so having a garage to park in was a great feature and the house stayed nice and warm during our time there. It was a quick 2 minute drive to the Winter Park resort to ski and only 5-10 minutes to shopping and restaurants. The two bedrooms with full bath downstairs was great for our teenagers and still had plenty of room to add a few more people thanks to the bunk bed set up. Upstairs master suite had a very comfy King size bed, walk in closet and large bathroom. Our only complaint was how cold the tile in the bathroom was but there was a plug in heater in the closet we used to help warm it up. I'm sure it is not typically that cold but since it's over the garage and was frigid temps while we were there made it colder than usual I would assume. The bathrooms and kitchen all had plenty of soap and shampoo so didn't have to worry about bringing our own. There were a couple of sleds in the garage so again no need to bring or buy. Also plenty of storage areas in the entryway to remove boots, gloves, jackets etc to keep snow from being tracked inside. Plenty of seating in the living room and dining area for a nice sized group as well. Would love to come back and next time will most likely bring some extended family to stay as well since there was plenty of room.

There were only 5 of us so we had plenty of space. The kids LOVED the downstairs area. The main floor was big and very warm and welcoming. The view from the living room was like a Christmas movie, we could see the skiers AND had a perfect view to the firework show 12/24. The kitchen had everything we needed. The garage was a huge plus! We could park our car in there and unload. Master bedroom was very nice and my daughter enjoyed the huge jetted tub. Unfortunately we didn’t get to try the hot tub because we were so tired from the activities during the day. But I’d still give it a 10 because it looked really nice and now I can’t wait to go back to actually use it. We stayed at 303 antler. Most importantly the lady who answers the phone went above and beyond to accommodate us an extra 2 days because of our canceled flights. She was truly an angel!! Thank you for such an amazing vacation!

Nice property. Disappointed in the hot tub. The final decision for choosing this property was the hot tub. We didn't check it the day we got there and the next day when we went to use it it was 52 degrees. Way too cold! Never got to a comfortable temperature for us to use. Maybe in the instructions let renters know they need to turn the heat on as soon as they arrive if they intend to use the hot tub.

This place was great as it had everything we needed and was so close to the resort it made everything easy.

This condo exceeded our expectations!!! So clean and welcoming! Has all the amenities you could ask for and literally across the street from Winter Park resort! We had zero issues and would love to come back again. Super comfortable beds, plenty of towels and everything was just as described in the listing. Thanks for a great family getaway!

House was clean garage was great, great access to town. Could have used a few more wine glasses. Hot tub was not hot and the temperature seemed to be locked.

Great communication with owner for an earlier arrival than expected. Enough space for teens and adults. Hot tub was a nice add. We had a stove issue and they came over within 24 hours. Very responsive.

I would not recommend it for 2 families due to the way the beds are arranged. Loved the hot tub but it was a really awkward set up as you had to go through a bedroom to get to it. Kitchen was pretty good. Living room was smaller than what the pictures seemed to show. Overall was clean, but recommend more for one large family.

This residence was absolutely perfect for my family of 5! We had ample space for the teens to find their own space, and a fantastic living area and kitchen for us all to gather together and enjoy family time! The views were beautiful, the location couldn’t have been more ideal for the shuttle to Winter Park. The host was responsive to any questions and we had an amazing trip! We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Overall experience was great. Amazing location, short walk from the courtesy shuttle which ran like clockwork. Amazing view of the slopes from the kitchen. Heated floors were a great touch, and the hot tub was state of the art and perfect after a long day on the slopes. Would definitely stay again. Only knock was the living room was a touch smaller than expected from the pictures, but it slept our large two families perfect.

This was our second time staying in this property. Very comfortable and well located. Would stay again!

The pics online make the condo seem bigger than it is. The high ceilings make for a great view but the main sitting area/kitchen is not very big, and the two bedrooms downstairs are small. The master was nice, as was the hot-tub. Also there was a shortage of bath towels and kitchen towels and the humidifiers did not work very well.

Very close walk to winter park. Clean and had everything we need.

Reviewer Comments: nice place, as advertised. shuttle to slopes a bit slow, but when the shuttle app worked, it was very convenient (app didn't work all the time). place was not much further than the furthest parking lot to slopes, so its feasible to drop off family at slopes and just walk to lifts, if you keep your skis/snowboard on mt. comfy place, all directions from prop. managers were good, heater is radiant, we had some problems with it being too hot, but we could just open a window, and property managers were responsive. we had 2 families, and it fit us well. a bit expensive but i recommend it.

Our daughter will be a Junior at CU Boulder this year. We drove out and moved her into her rental for the school year and decided to extend our trip and have a family vacation in Winter Park, CO. The property we stayed at was perfect for our family of 4. Beautiful views, close to the Winter Park Village and lots of hiking trails. Easy access to downtown and an easy drive to Grand Lake, CO and RMNP/Estes Park.
