the property was beautiful, extremely comfortable and the hosts thought of everything. heated bathroom floor and towel rails are now going to need to be installed in my house as there is no going back. the heating in general was amazing and the hosts left some gorgeous pastries when I arrived.

The little thoughtful touches such as afternoon tea and milk in the fridge. We appreciated the late exit time too.

Well appointed , everything you needed, very comfortable bed, underfloor heating in bathroom was a nice treat for this time of year . Just a beautiful relaxing stay with great views .

Location was perfect! The apartment was so nice and cosy from the heated floor tiles and heated towel rail in the bathroom, to the wonderful blockout blinds in all areas to the big, comfortable warm bed (complete with electric blankets). Bev was a wonderful host, fresh milk and lovely pastries were supplied for us on our arrival. Our labradoodle Bear was warmly welcomed too with a secure backyard for him to explore.

The location was excellent, the facilities modern and very comprehensive; there is a good view from the living room and balcony, and a couple of minutes by car from both the town centre and the Mill. Walking distance to the amazing art gallery in the old Castlemaine gaol. The host, Bev, lives on site and was there to assist whenever needed, but otherwise left us to our privacy.

Nothing. It was all extremely well run, clean, and with excellent facilities.

Fabulous private guesthouse with beautiful landscaped yard. Fully secure for dogs. The View is amazing, bathroom stunning and very thoughtful touches throughout. We had an amazing sleep on the quality king bed and loved the big bathtub and heated bathroom floor. The perfect escape for us on the cold weekend.

I can’t fault this place. It’s perfect.

The unit was private offering great views over Castlemaine. The finishes within the unit were high quality and well considered. Breakfast consisted of pasties which were delicious but even better was the Nespresso machine which produced fabulous coffee.

There is absolutely nothing to criticize.

I liked how it was super comfortable, warm and Inviting! The Bathroom was exquisite- I loved the Bath! The bed was massive- so spacious warm and comfortable! Let’s def not forget the Gorgeous Views! I came to relax and getaway for an eve, I was not disappointed!!

The location was great. It was a 10 minute walk to where I was working. It was a very short walk to the train station. Lovely local walks in the area. The property felt very homely, it was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Lovely garden. Sufficient cooking facilities provided, including a nice coffee machine. Welcome pack on arrival (lovely baked goods) and lovely toiletries provided. As a lone female traveller I liked having the property owners (Bev and Michael) next door. They went out of their way to welcome me and help me feel settled, including helping me plot local runs, and dropping me off at a local wildlife park which I wanted to visit but was struggling to get a taxi. I was sad to leave.

We immediately felt comfortable in the whole space. A hot day arrival, and the unit was cool and calm. Magnificent bed and beautiful east facing deck to sit on with sumptuous views over town in the shade. Welcomed with soft relaxing music playing and awesome pastries from award winning local patisserie.

For a longer stay, a cooktop would be beneficial.

Our host was lovey and greeted us when we arrived. The accommodation was very nice and modern with lovely views from the verandah. Took advantage of the relaxing big bath. The bed was very comfortable. We had lovely pastries on arrival. And it was about a 10 min walk to town, if you didn't want to drive. Castlemaine was a really cute town with some lovely old buildings.

52 Views is a beautifully designed property with an amazing view and thoughtful touches which make staying there very comfortable and enjoyable. Bev and Michael added thoughtful touches for us and our dog, who was very happy in the lovely yard.

Property was well suited to a couple spending a few days away, with a cozy and well-maintained space. Facilities were modern and clean. Particularly enjoyed the stone bathtub. Additionally, the view out over the town was lovely.

Right from the time of booking Bev, the owner, kept in touch advising all the important info. The apartment itself was immaculately fitted out and furnished. The bedroom is gorgeous and the bathroom to die for. We took pics of it so we can copy it in our own place one day! The was a lovely welcome pack and some delicious pastries from a local bakery waiting for us when we arrived. The door to get in is easy to operate via a key code....no messing around getting physical keys etc. The main house and gardens are also beautiful and it's such a quite spot with awesome views. The old jail is a 2 min walk and very cool. It's less than a 10 min walk to two brilliant pubs....The Railway and The Bridge....and the centre of town about 12 mins. Just perfect. Bev and her husband run things in a first class fashion and I could not recommend 52 Views more highly.

Leaving
