The place was very clean, and it's obvious that the owners didn't skimp on the furniture and beds. The rules and procedures were clear and provided through messaging as well as a binder. The house is located on the main drag with all of the wonderful shops and restaurants..and 5 minutes from the beach. If we had brought our bicycles, we would have surely ridden them down to the beach. And a Winn-Dixies like 2 minutes away, which was incredibly convenient for buying groceries.

We liked everything about our experience at the house. It was super easy, and we will definitely book this house again. The only thing I didn't like was the advertised price on booking.com versus the final bill. There was like a $200 difference that surprised me. However, even with the cleaning fees, etc that show up after the first sticker price grabs you, a little over $500 for the weekend was actually worth it, it was just a little beyond our budget but we made it work.

I really liked it all…

The location was exactly what we requested but upon arrival decided it was a little too busy. Lots of traffic and people on the street later into the night. Probably should have opted for something closer to the ocean.

The house was comfortable except the living room could have used a ceiling fan. Host were lacking in hospitality i felt. There was no welcome basket with treats or drinks. The kitchen had no essentials for cooking. No oils, spices or even salt and pepper. We had planned on cooking some local seafood but that was impossible.

I liked the location and the inside was spacious and comfortable. But it was mainly the location that did it for me. You can walk to everything. The owner was nice and friendly. I would stay here again. Had a Great time.

Caught a bad weekend for the weather but that was not the properties fault and we pushed through it. Still had a great time.

I didn’t like that the trash had to taken a little walk from the Apartment
