This property was perfect for our two families with kids and has a great location! It was clean, nicely updated, and Lori was a great host. She was easily contacted to answer any question I had before or during our stay. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Property was really nice inside, however, wish it had a few more towels and ran out of TP. Properties pool area Unacceptable over filling trash in the trash, cans property pool bathroom out of odor. Disgusting. Overall property was great except for the pool area.

Absolutely perfect for our two-family spring break trip! The home is beautiful, offers plenty of comfortable sleeping room, nice kitchen and perfect location. A quick walk to the beach (our older kids could walk back and forth alone), quiet street/area and pool area just down the sidewalk. Some of our favorite things: the ice maker, the top level Master Suite, beach toys & wagon. Our first time to Destin & we can’t say enough about the area - beautiful, safe & plenty to do. We can’t wait to come back! Thank You for making our vacation awesome!

The location was right across from private beach access. Condo was clean and very roomy for our two families. The host was quick with her response times and was very pleasant to work with.

The property was clean and as described in the listing. The kitchen could use better stock on pots and pans… some pots didn’t have lids, and some need to be replaced all together. You can also hear everything going on on each floor. The location however was great a short walk to beach access.

This property was amazing, the check in process was seamless, we were literally walking distance to the beach and it was able to accommodate my party of 9 very comfortably. I would stay here again

This home is so cute! The location is just perfect. Very quick walk to the beach with a cart provided to make life easy. Also great location for restaurants and fun things to do! We had 2 familes. Both parents had their own space with the 2 sizable master bedrooms and the kids LOVED the bunk room. Laundry on site is very convenient after a day at the beach. Can't wait to come back again!

We loved the beach access and that it was close to the beach . Also the house was super nice .

The townhouse was the perfect place for Our Family of 10 (8 kiddos ranging in ages from 2-16) to Vacation. It is so beautiful and so spacious, spreadout on 3 different floors. Our kiddos loved the bunk room where they each got to have their own bed and space. We came for the beach and that is what we got with just a short walk to get there (which was a huge booking priority for this Mama). We went and enjoyed the beauty of the white sands and turquoise waters all but one day of our week stay. So much fun! So peaceful! We also ventured out each day to have more fun in Destin. We checked out fish bowl at Bass Pro, mini golf at Big Kahuna, Top Gun: Maverick at the Movie theater, Dolphin Cruise with Southern Star, Books A Million for our book lovers and art/toy lovers, the $5 shop for souvenirs and saw so many alligators over at Gator Beach(because you can't come to Florida and not see some gators, right 😉) Food, we made most food at the house but also enjoyed some of the many restaurants in Destin. Kenny D's was a local fav, Another Broken Egg&Cracker Barrel breakfast spots, Whataburger Fast Yums, Lost Pizza Co. for Pizza Friday and my hubby and I also got to enjoy the Beach Bar at Royal Palms for some adult beverages and a walk on the beach one evening. Great location to beach and nice accommodations

Had a great week at this townhome. Home is beautifully decorated, very spacious and a really short walk to the beach. Super comfortable beds and relaxed community setting. Loved the heated pool after a day on the sand and appreciated the beach wagon and toys/gear so we didnt have to carry everything. Owner is very quick to respond to any questions or needs. Highly recommend area, its away from the crowds but close to everything.

This townhouse offers tremendous privacy for each bedroom. We didn't necessarily need it, but it would be great for big families or two families going together since both masters have their own floor and ample space. The decor was lovely. Five minute walk to the beach. Having a garage to store beach items during typical beach rains was fantastic. The very first night after being tired from the drive it was so nice to walk right across the street to grab dinner. Very quiet community, even during spring break. The pool was heated to 84 degrees and only a few people were there. Great condo and great community.

Property was fantastic. Family enjoyed the location as it was just steps from the beautiful. One small glitch of the number of chairs available to bring to the beach. We ended up grabbing a few locally and left them for the next family to use. We have already shared this property with friends and family for their consideration. Plenty of room for a large family. Great location.

Incredible place to stay for 2 families; 3 separate levels to separate the couples and kids sleeping areas was great. We loved how close it was to the beach and having the ice maker was awesome. Our only challenge was temperature control in the space, the main level always seemed to be warmer than the other levels and couldn’t be controlled, so the main area did not stay cool.

Beautiful property and great location. 2 minute walk to lovely private beach. Nicely furnished and decorated 3 story townhome.

All in all very clean and very nice looking. Lori was quick to respond on any questions.

And everything was great about this property. Love being spread out over three levels. Perfect distance from the ocean. Neighborhood is beautiful. Enjoyed being there for the week. We had three adults and five “kids” ranging from 12 to 22. Great time by all.

This house was perfect for 2 families with 4-5 kids. The master bedroom suites were great sized and our kids loved the bunk room! Very nice kitchen and am investing in an ice dispenser for my kitchen after having that luxury all week! We would definitely stay again and have promoted to friends and family!

The house was cute and comfortable to stay in though the only toilet paper was the roll that was on the wall so definitely ran out but was nice to have 3 bathrooms. Appreciated the wagons, umbrella and chairs in the garage! Was a little more than the 1 min walk but was very easy to get to and less than 5 min to the beach and access was easy. Only one burner worked well on stove so did have to juggle the two pots using to cook with back and forth as the second one didn't get very hot but otherwise it was a great place to stay and we really enjoyed it.

This townhouse is beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for our family of nine. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all the supplies needed to cook meals. The extra ice machine came in very handy to fill our drinks and coolers. The beach was very busy, so we spend time at the pool instead. We didn't use much of the beach equipment except the wagon, the chairs were well used so we bought our own. When we used the umbrella the first time, we had troubles closing it , so we went without one. The area is very busy but very easy to get around. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

We loved our family vacation of 12 in this condo. Very well decorated throughout. We loved the new decor, the tile floors, kitchen, comfy beds, bed linens and can’t pass on the ice maker! Having 3 nice bikes to use was a wonderful added bonus! It is close to the pool and an easy walk to the beach. It is family friendly area and the beach is not too crowded due to the many private beaches. Communication with the owner was super as well. Only con was no pizza cutter or half bath on main floor. But a super amazing place.

This condo was great for our family of 6 plus my parents. Within walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. They even had beach chairs, umbrellas and wagons to use! Condo was very clean and felt very homey. Will definitely look at staying again in the future!

This was a perfect place for a large family like ours! Very clean and comfortable! A whole bunch of stairs though! Beds were not super comfortable but overall great place to stay!
