Breakfast was good

Walking back at night was not to good as no lights on by the units and the road is not the best in the dark

We liked that it had a small bath in the shower for my kid

We got a different room to what we booked. The tv didn’t work. The a/c heater was too loud. And think they have blocked pipes

dirty, bug-ridden, poorly maintained - left after one night - nothing positive barring the location

this neglected row of rooms was appalling - the one allocated had a sour bad odour, everything from the doors to the furniture was in a sad state of repair & bugs were crawling out from all corners inc behind the fixtures .... ghastly place.

Location was good as close to family. Pub meals were good and the beer was cold. Pub open until late.

Bathroom very poor. Shower head too low and not adjustable, sprayed straight into your face. You had to step into a very small tub to get into shower which is unsafe Shower screen leaked badly onto the floor. Vanity sink too small and you could easily bump your head into the shelf above. Shower taps loose. No remote for airconditioner. You had to climb onto a chair to adjust. No blackout curtains. Double bed too soft and big hole in the middle, very old. Only 1 chair in the room.

Breakfast fine but but I couldn’t get onto site to request gf cereal and bread.

Hook on bathroom door too high to reach. More cupboard space to put clothes.

The location was near the people we were visiting.

The continental breakfasts are just cereal and toast tea/coffee. The toaster sets off the smoke alarm. I had to email about housekeeping not replenishing the breakfast items especially the milk and tea bags and no bath mat. The reply mentioned that the regular cleaner was on a well earned break. That's great but not my problem. The bathroom is very dated and the shower leaked onto the floor. The shower head could not be moved so water went onto the area of the shower that leaked. The seals around the shower and basin have obviously been patched up making it look very dodgy. The room was clean but there were big ants in the bathroom. I found some bug spray to deal with them. Made me wonder what other bugs were about if bug spray was kept in the room. The outdoor lighting was poor making it very dark in the carpark and courtyard. It is next door to a gaming room and pub, reception is actually in the gaming room. This created lots of noise late at night with drunk people swearing and generally being very loud. Also the rooms are very noisy, you can hear your neighbours coming home late at night. There is no phone to call reception if there is a problem. We were given a wifi password but we couldn't get wifi to work.

Bed little hard, a mattress topper would greatly improve the bed comfort.
