Beautiful property above the town of Sedona. The home was perfect for our family of adults and children. The hot tub was enormous and the children spent hours in the water. The kitchen and dining room table easily accommodated all of us. The house was easy.short walking distance to the local shops and an easy drive to all that Sedona has to offer.

Great place to stay with a group in Sedona. We had a group of friends get together and this house had so much space inside and outside for us to use. The house was as clean as could possibly be and in the perfect neighborhood, very good location.

Group of eleven 40 something men for a reunion. We all had a place to sleep. Perfect location and also perfect view. Top notch home, maintenance, and housekeeping. Had everything we would have needed in the bathrooms, kitchen, laundry. Good parking for three vehicles. Would absolutely recommend and come back with any group of a dozen singles or 5-6 families.

We hosted a retreat here and it was fantastic. Great location. The creek was a welcomed touch. Quiet neighborhood.
The only qualm I have is that they had landscaping come without any notice, and when we emailed them to clarify, they told us we needed to let them know in advance when we were in ceremony and ritual to accommodate landscaping but there was nothing on my contract to confirm anything about landscaping.
It was a very private event, so to have men taking up the backyard for multiple hours of our stay without any compensation for the inconvenience was sad.
However, everything else was truly spectacular.

Property looked better than the pictures!

Although we stayed the one weekend it snowed, we had a great time. House is perfect for larger groups. Most had their own beds and living room is large enough for the group to all be in the same room but not on top of each other. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, plates, cooking items and cups etc. more outdoor areas than mentioned on the listing.

We had a great time! Just like the photos. Very well kept house. We had an issue with animals in the garbage but one email and they were there to address the issue. Highly recommend this property.

Exceeded all expectations. Very comfortable home with plenty of room for our entire family of 3 grown children and their families. We had a wonderful time and would love to return!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our family of 13. We had plenty of space for everyone to gather and have their own space. The views were gorgeous and we had everything we could possibly need! We loved it!

We had a wonderful time at the house hosting a friends bachelorette party. Plenty of room for everybody to sleep and get ready together, relax by the pool, amazing views, and fantastic location.

Unfortunately we learned on our last night there that the window in the master bathroom shower was not mirrored on the outside like we'd thought, since it didn't have a window covering. Anyone outside can clearly see in, especially at night! This was disturbing and disappointing..
Other than that, the house was wonderful with amazing views! We had a great time and created memories that will last forever!

Beautiful Property
We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and spa with amazing views. Love all the family seating for meals and relax time. Great location. Highly recommend this home!

Fabulous House, View, Location
This is wonderful house. We picked the house for its generous size and amenities like the pool and hot tub. The amazing views from its elevated location in town was a fabulous bonus.
The house is beautifully maintained and very well equipped with plenty of kitchenware. The foosball and skeeball tables delighted the kids. Sedona.org is great to deal with, always going above and beyond to address our requests. I highly recommend this place.

Great Sedona Spot!
We absolutely loved this property. We had a few minor issues when we arrived but the management company handled really quickly. House is beautiful and great for groups. Will definitely visit again and recommend to friends.

Lots of Space
This house has everything you could need! Multiple patios, 360 views, hot tubs for your sore muscles, dining table for 50 (not really, but it’s huge!) and two laundry rooms. We enjoyed our stay.

perfect home for a Sedona Weekend Getaway with a Group
Beautiful views, very comfortable, clean and modern. Couldn't have asked for a better rental home to celebrate my birthday with friends and family.

Very good except for ...
We loved our stay except for a problem with, we think, bed bugs
in the 2 queen bedroom downstairs. One of my sons was really bitten up. I didn't know about until we left so didn't check it myself. But you should probably check before next guests arrive.

We beat the heat at the pool
Big house, plenty of space and almost everything that you have at home. Best views we have had in our many visits to Sedona. Expensive, yes, but for a group of ten or more it is a bargain. Really, the house is great and furnishings are top shelf. We will plan another trip when it is not so hot!

Family Trip 2021
We enjoyed the house so very much! The location was amazing and super close to downtown. The house was beautiful! We had a huge family of 20 and plenty of sleeping space and hang out area. There is plenty of seating around the whole house and outside. We used the gas grill and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Overall everything went great! You can see the beautiful sunrise from the front of the house and sunset from the back of the house. Would definitely stay here again.
