I can't say enough about our wonderful experience with the rental. The place was perfect- beautifully decorated- lots of space- perfect set-up. The pool was a highlight-the golf putting was so much fun- the house had the supplies needed for the kitchen and included chairs and toys for the beach!!! The ping-pong table was so much fun- I was better than I thought!! Movie night in the movie room was lots of fun! Best was that the host was amazing and so responsive!!!! The house was close to everything- Can't go wrong renting this beautiful home- will be back in the future

Our group consisted of 6 adults and 5 kids in town for a soccer event at IMG. Our stay couldn’t have been better - everything from the host being great/responding to our few questions almost immediately, house was plenty big with great activities for all ages and the location to IMG was only a 10 minute drive. If you’re looking for a place to stay in this area I highly recommend this house!

The house was perfect for out of town folks gathering for a family wedding. Six bedrooms, several rooms for separate gathering spaces, beautiful pool, putting green, & ping pong table. All spaces utilized and no one ever felt crowded. 10 people were able to get ready for wedding in Sarasota with no issues. Property manager Nathan was very responsive and easy check-in/check-out. Highly recommend Harbour Haven!

We had a great time at this property! Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and all the activities provided which suited all ages in our large group of 16, ages 1-72! The pool was lovely and the drive to the beaches was not bad at all. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Such a great house for our family of 16! Ages 6 months to 66. Plenty of sleeping space! Pool, theater room, and putting green were such a blessing for keeping everyone entertained. Definitely book this one you will not be disappointed!

We had a great stay at this house…plenty of room for the 7 people we had, 6 adults and two teens. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. House was clean and it had a lot of room, tvs in rooms and bedrooms. Great open kitchen and convenient laundry room. Also, movie room with comfy couches and huge screen! Pool was large and heated and putting green was fun! Great place to stay and close to lots of things to do including Anna Maria Island. Host was extremely responsive and attentive. Wonderful vacation place!

The house was wonderful for our family to spend Christmas in Florida. The owner provided a pack n play, high chair, and numerous toys that my almost 2 year old had a blast playing with. We briefly had to child proof all the pretty decorations that were within a toddlers reach, but that was easy. There was a lot of room to play and spread out in on the first floor. The owner was incredibly responsive and came over to get us some baby gates to use on the stairs right away. We paid to have the pool heated, which was delightful when the weather wasn’t too cold. We were only able to use it 3 days out of the 7 but that was just weather related. The kitchen was well appointed and we appreciated the extra spices/ condiments left there to use. The neighborhood was quiet and close to lots of easy shopping, fast food, restaurants etc. Overall if the weather had been more Florida- like it would have been perfect! Really great house, spacious, clean and 5 miles to the beach.

The house was even more impressive than the photos. Very well-kept, spacious, and included everything to make a week with family relaxing and convenient.
Tucked back in a quiet neighborhood, but close to groceries and necessities, as well as several great beaches. Location is GREAT. Less than 15 minutes to the nearest beach, and less than 30 to several more beautiful beach options.
Cleanliness was impeccable. Kitchen well-stocked. Pool, beach, and inside toys included for the kids. Kids also loved the pingpong table and many board games available. Large open main living area was great for our large group (8 adults and 5 kids).
We appreciated there being a few extra beach towels, laundry detergent, and a cooler being available to use.
Owner was very responsive and very easy to communicate with and work with from reservation through the stay.
We could not more highly recommend this property. Thank you for an outstanding week!

We very much enjoyed our family gathering. The house was perfect and exceeded our expectations. There was PLENTY of room: 2 large gathering places, private bedrooms, large ensuite etc. The 4 grandkids were able to sleep to together (sleep being relative) but an experience memories are made of.
Our host was very accommodating and very responsive to our inquiries and last minute requests.

We loved the house, beautiful, very comfortable and most of all with a lot of entertainment amenities for 11 teenagers!! Big swimming pool, Ping Pong table ( kids played all the time), Air Hockey table and even a big theater room!! Definitely the best place to stay at Bradenton!! Nathan was very kind and helpful since I booked until we left the house, we really loved the whole experience, we will definitely come back!!

We had a great stay, the house was lovely and spacious and Nathan (host) was super helpful and responsive. The bedrooms are a nice size, except the one on the main level which is a bit on the small side, but still nice enough. The bathrooms were tricky to share as the master bath is beautiful but can only be accessed via the master bedroom. This leaves four other bedrooms to the hall bath upstairs! But, overall a great stay!

Cousin reunion
Plenty of room for our crowd of 10. Very well equipped kitchen (and former vacationers left a wide assortment of dry goods, spices, condiments like pancake syrups), a bounty of games and puzzles, and a newly resurfaced pool. We had a very enjoyable time. Thank you, Nathan and Nikki.

The property is perfect for a family gathering. The game room, movie room, and pool were hits! The bedrooms were great and there was enough room to gather and have private time! Our entire family loved it!

Perfect House for our beach vacation
We had 2 families, 11 people. The heated pool, game room and theater room kept our crew entertained when we needed a break from the beach. The beds were comfortable, the TV's were easy to use (all connected to Roku), the appliances were new, everyone thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great house for larger group
This house was excellent for our group of 11! We ranged in age from 6 to senior and the space accommodated us all with no problems. There were plenty of bedrooms and living spaces. The kids loved the pool and the game room. We appreciated all the beach supplies available! The house is in a very quiet cul de sac but still close enough to the beach and restaurants. Nathan was great to work with. Definitely recommend!

Great place, great location
I would have given 5 stars, but the couch in the theater room was in rough shape (had a bar that really hurt if you sat on it wrong) and there were no fry pans in the kitchen that were usable (non-stick was peeling off). Overall it was a great place to stay and we loved the pool and location to the beach. The neighborhood was awesome and multiple neighbors stopped to talk to us. The house was well stocked with beach/pool toys and the owner was so great with communication. We had plenty of space and the house was very clean!!

Perfect home for families!
With 6 bedrooms we had plenty of space for all of us. Perfect floor plan. For us first floor had adult living area with couches and TV. Kids used the large theatre room with sectional -watched lots of Princess Bride! TV had loads of apps to choose from and easy to operate. Kids had no problem using huge theatre TV and loved it! (Great resolution on screen). Kitchen area was perfect as we love to cook. Large sliding glass door partitioned off enclosed and finished back porch with air hockey, ping pong, toys and another dining area with pass-through kitchen window. From there walk out into the pool/ outdoor bar area and fire pit! Ohhh yeah! When you step back inside there is a 3/4 bath and laundry room for your wet things. One bedroom is here as well. Upstairs 5 more bedrooms including master bedroom and bath with a large shower area. The kids loved keeping their swimsuits on and showering off after a day at the beach or pool. Very long bathroom for the rest of the family. Nathan provided a pak n play and high chair for the baby. Kitchen had enough supplies to get us started and make us feel welcome. Very quiet cul-de-sac area so out of respect I would not use it as a party house. Close to all stores. Beautiful Anna Marie Beach was about 8 miles away. Great food at great prices there too with super friendly staff. You will not go wrong renting this house!

A Grandma’s Dream Vacation

Our family getaway was great!
The owner of this home was extremely helpful is making sure we had all the necessary things to make our stay pleasurable (i.e. pac N play, highchair, etc.) and responded quickly. We paid to have the pool heated and that was a big win with the younger kids. The neighborhood was very quiet and we enjoyed daily walks. I highly recommend this VRBO property!

We have a group of 8 guys who take a golf trip to Bradenton Florida every year. It’s not easy finding a house that will accommodate all of us. This house was perfect and I will look to book it again for next year’s trip

Our favorite!
We stayed here last year and loved it so much that we returned again this year as well. The homeowners made several improvements to the property and our stay was just as comfortable as last year! The pool heater is the best we've used, our children were able to utilize the pool even on chilly nights. The beds are very comfortable, and the home is outfitted with great amenities. Communication with the homeowners is always excellent, the location is great, and there's enough room in the home to comfortably accommodate a large family. Feels just like home (only better!) We hope to stay again!
