三泊したうち二日間が雨、真夏なのに最高気温が16度！しかし暖炉に火をくべて快適に過ごすことが出来た。ニアソーリ村の歴史的建造物に泊まることが出来た喜びは大きい。駐車スペースが狭いと聞いていたので小さめのレンタカーを選んで正解だった。農耕作業用の大型トラクターの通行の邪魔にならず、余計なストレスを感じることはなかった。

洗濯機の扉のゴムの中に大量の糸くず、髪の毛がたまっていた。それに気づいてきれいに洗ってから使用したが、管理者は、衛生面に於いてもひんぱんに掃除をしたほうが良いと思う。

Lovely character cottage, well stocked with all essentials for a self catering trip, open log fire, really comfortable stay thank you. Was booked as a last minute trip so didn’t do much research on the area but was pleasantly surprised, a 2 minute walk to Beatrix Potters cottage, beautiful surroundings (as expected with Lake District) good access to Windermere ferry for crossings to Bowness, and good access to Ambleside and Lakeside either end of Windermere, where there are loads of activities to keep you and the kids entertained.

Lot of people mention the draw in the kitchen catching the oven, or difficulty with the locks on front door but honestly they were not an issue, adds to the character of the property and to complain about that is really clutching at straws when overall the stay was very comfortable for our family of 4.

no garden as specified ive already sent email about this caused inconvenience and was told off by neighbours my sister got locked in her bedroom door very difficult to open i had to get get her at 4.00 am back doir didnt stay closed

Very pleasant authentic cottage situated in a historic location.

It was very cosy and peaceful.

The property is in a small quiet village near Lake Windermere, whilst also being in driving distance to the other lakes. The property was exactly as advertised, and contained a folder with information about the area, giving reccomendations for places to visit, as well as where different super markets in the area are.

Quiet, beautiful location in a small hamlet with lots of walking routes nearby. Perfect location to experience the lake district away from the crowds of tourists.

Beautiful village setting with a fantastic pub 2 mins walk away. Didn't realise it was in such a lovely place.Brilliant central location.
