House was well stocked with essentials and plenty of extras. Comfortable beds, linens and seating areas. Fabulous out door area to congregate, played games at the kitchen table and enjoyed walking the neighborhood in the mornings. Will definitely be back!

My family came in for Baylor Family weekend and this darling little cottage style house was a perfect spot for us! The thoughtfulness the owner has put into this home is unlike any other vrbo we’ve stayed… and we’ve stayed in a lot! I can’t give this property enough stars. Thank you Sabrina for your hospitality. You have a gift!

We came for a horse show and really enjoyed the adorable house with snacks and cute decor. The beds very comfortable and there was a lot of thought out in to details like the outdoor fire pit and providing bubble bath. We will definitely return.

My sister-in-law and I spent a weekend at The Blue Belle House as a reading retreat getaway and an opportunity to visit Waco. The house was far beyond our expectations and made it hard to leave! It has been lovingly restored and is decorated in the most charming and comfortable way. It was immaculate and Sabrina has left so many personal touches. The kitchen and baths have absolutely everything you could possibly need. The beds are comfortable and we slept well in this quiet neighborhood. The original artwork displayed in the house is stunning and I ended up looking up the artist to see more of her work.
The neighborhood is old and in an old part of the city. There are shabby houses mixed with well-kept and restored homes. The location was fine for us and we felt safe. Sabrina is gracious and very easy to work with! I can’t recommend this house enough if you’re looking for charm and comfort.

This home was so adorable! The patio and backyard were perfect to enjoy the beautiful weather. The hosts kindly provided all kinds of beverages and snacks- including s’mores by the fire pit. Would highly recommend! We hope we can come back again some time

Super cute house with a very responsive property manager.
We arrived later in the evening and the house was all lit up and ready for us. We had issues figuring out the TV and Sabrina called immediately to help us. The house was fully stocked with drinks, water bottles, snacks, makeup removers, salon quality shampoo/conditioner, s’more kit … everything we needed was there.
There were sirens every night but we were also close to a hospital which could explain some of that. We never felt unsafe. Would stay here again.

I can not say enough positive things about our stay. The house was the cleanest Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in!!! It had everything we needed and more. The bottle of wine was a wonderful touch.
My mom, sister and I had the best time sitting on the back porch talking while the kids played in the big back yard.
The beds were comfortable, house is in a convenient location, seriously I could go on and on about how happy we were with our stay.
Next time we visit Waco we know where we’ll be staying !

One of the best VRBOs I have stayed in. Everything was immaculate down to the snacks and wine that greeted you as you walked in to the special make up towels for the girls in the bathrooms. Very comfortable and as my wife but it just like a magnolia house w the decor and attention to detail.
This property will not disappoint. Five stars ….

We absolutely adored this home and the neighborhood. We had everything we needed and Sabrina was so responsive and thoughtful. The home is older but is so charming and comfortable. The mattresses were great. We drove up at night in the dark and all the lights were on and it was seriously magical. Probably my favorite VRBO stay yet. Just perfect. I hope to be back again soon!!

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway in Waco! The house is super-cute, including cheerful artwork greeting you as soon as you drive up! Sabrina was communicative, and we appreciated the snacks/water she included w/our stay. The kitchen was well-stocked w/all the supplies we needed to cook meals. Beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the unique custom toiletries. A lot of the original character of the house has been preserved, as well as upgrades in the bathrooms for modern convenience. We enjoyed the back covered porch complete w/citronella candles/bug spray to make our time outdoors more comfortable. Very close proximity to the Dr. Pepper Museum and shopping at Magnolia.

Wonderful House and Hospitality
I’d recommend this house to anyone staying in Waco! Adorable, super-clean, located on a quiet street, and hands-down the most well-stocked rental property we’ve ever stayed in — with some very thoughtful extras like a welcome bottle of wine! We had a wonderful time drinking coffee on the porch, visiting in the living room (plenty of seating) and sharing meals around the table.

Perfect getaway
This house was perfect for our girls getaway for the Mother’s Day weekend. We enjoyed hanging around the living room and the back patio. All the touches that the hostess brought to us, cozy clean blankets, cushions, snacks, complimentary bottle of wine, stocked up fridge with drinks, coffee and tea bar, we felt welcome and very comfortable. Definitely highly recommend.

Perfect girls trip house
If you are coming to Waco this is the house to stay in! My friends and I loved our stay. The little details of the coffee bar and snacks were so sweet. Let’s not forget the amazing claw foot bath tub. The back porch was so nice to sit in in the mornings while enjoying coffee. Just a few minutes drive from the Silos and Magnolia table. You will not be disappointed!

Could not have been better.
First, the house & its furnishings are absolutely beautiful & incredibly comfortable, including the backyard and both front & back porches.
Then there were the many "extras." ABUNDANT beverages, snacks, kcups, creamers & bathroom supplies. While most leave out the minimum, Sabrina went above and beyond in her generosity. It was a refreshing thing to experience.
Communication was fast & easy.
Overall, it could not have been better.

Perfect Girls Trip
We went as a girls trip group and this house is so perfect! The attention to detail is everything. I won’t spoil it but these owners definitely spoil thier guests. Location is also fabulously close to all things Waco. We forgot something after we left and they were so helpful and sweet about letting us back in. Definitely book this house if you can.

Beautiful and Cozy Home
The home was so welcoming and cozy! We really enjoyed the personal touches like the treats left for us by the owner. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking, and the k-cup selection was a nice touch. The backyard was very relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again if the chance presents itself.

Hostess with the mostest
Every little detail was considered by our hostess, which really enhanced our family getaway in Waco. We spent days on the front porch and evenings grilling and playing yard games in the back yard. Perfect stay for our family!

The Blue Belle House is wonderful!
We stayed for a Baylor Football game with our kiddos. This house is great! One of my best stays in Waco. House is a great remodel. Has everything you need and the extra touches are a bonus. Also has a wonderful back yard to enjoy. Close to everything and Sabrina communicated through the whole process. I highly recommend it.

Amazing
The pictures of this property do not do it justice! This was the cutest house with the cutest back porch & the cutest garage door! The host went absolutely above & beyond with all the extra little surprises & the stocked coffee bar, fridge, pantry, & s’mores kit. There were 6 ladies in our group & we all slept comfortably. The living room size was perfect for us to sit & relax after shopping & the back porch was great for the mornings. It’s conveniently located & the neighborhood was nice. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone!!!
