We were a group of over 20 adults and felt there was plenty of space. The openness of the main floor allowed us all to share meals together. We spent most of our time by the pool. Outdoor bar/fridge/tv made it very cozy. The dock/fire pit/beach area is a test of resilience when trekking back up the hill, however you can drive down to it easily. We are a motorcycle group so the easy zero gravel access to the house was a plus. Dan and Linda were very gracious upon our arrival-reassuring to just enjoy the home and have a great time. The house was very clean with all things in working order. The host were always available when we had questions. It’s a very safe area if traveling with children.

We started off with meeting one of the host at check in, she gave us a quick rundown on the property. She then wished us a good time and left. Any questions or issues the host were a text away and responded instantly. The property itself is beautiful with its own private dock, beach and yard. it is also teaming with wildlife, you will see redfox, numerous deer, an american bald eagle which nest on the property. it is on 4 acres so you have plenty of privacy. The house is big and open to accommodate a large family, with enough room to escape if you wanted to. It is beautifully constructed by the owner himself, and he did not cut any corners. I cant say enough on the hospitality of Dan and Linda, they were just great. We look forward to returning next year.

Dan and Linda are amazing hosts! So accommodating and pleasant! They keep this property in tiptop shape. We had a wonderful time! Plenty of sleeping space and large living area that held us for meals and playing games. The pool was a little on the small side with everyone in it...but having the dock a short trip down the lane helped so much! Usually some of the grandkids played in the water off the dock. We took advantage of the kayaks! We will remember this trip for many years!!

This home was just as described. It is perfect for a large family. The beach was perfect for the one year old in our group. It was also a perfect cove for swimming or noodling---Very quiet.
We brought our boat and were happy to have a marina with a ramp very close by. We had a great week. The owners are very responsive and friendly.

Every two years we take our kids and grandkids on a summer vacation. There are 20 of us ranging from 5 years to 68 years with every decade in between. Typically we hit the beaches of Florida but this year we wanted to try something different and we found a gem sitting on the Lake of the Ozarks!
Everything about our experience was outstanding. The location, the house, the amenities, the communication and the personal service was wonderful. Before we came they gave us referrals to a boat rental place that was equally outstanding.
The homeowners met us at the house ( they live next door) when we arrived and showed us around explaining things and answering questions.
The rooms were well laid out with plenty of space for the entire group. The pool was clean, very nice and large enough for a refreshing dip. The hot tub was a nice addition.
Their location on the lake was great. Being at the end of a cove with a small beach was ideal for swimming, fishing, boating and kayaking. It was one of the few that can use the word “secluded” in their description!

My family had an amazing time! The house is beautiful and the location is amazing. There was room for everyone! We had 16 people stay and we all slept comfortably and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. We’d spend the morning in the pool which was perfect for all ages. Then in the afternoon we’d head down to the lake. The shore was so fun for kids and easy access for everyone. Dan and Linda were quick to respond to everything! They were the best hosts. Truly a dream vacation and we hope to come back someday!

Our family had the most incredible time at this vacation home. The location is unbeatable – being able to drive to the private beach and dock, which was perfect for our family. The pool and hot tub were pristine and provided endless entertainment and relaxation for everyone. The house itself was spacious with enough room for our large family to spread out comfortably. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal prep a breeze. The highlight for us was definitely the outdoor space. The property managers were responsive and accommodating, ensuring our stay was seamless.

We loved our stay at the secluded family resort! The layout of the home was perfect for a large family. It was very clean and the owners quickly answered any questions we had! The pool was great for all our toddlers. We didn’t use the beach much as the grandkids were so little. Our grandchildren cried when we had to leave as they had so much fun! Would definitely use it again if we come back to Lake of the Ozarks!

We had an incredible week on this property for our family vacation! We were a group of 18 including 7 kids (ages 4-11) and had everything we wanted and needed for a relaxing week away. The hosts, Dan and Linda, were excellent and very responsive. We enjoyed getting to chat with them each morning when they stopped to clean the pool and water the flowers. The house was very clean, spacious, and truly felt like a home. We spent hours on the private beach enjoying the quiet cove, jumping off the dock, and kayaking. The pool was the right size for our group, held at a comfortable temperature, and the hot tub was a well used addition. It was great to be able to easily alternate between the lake and pool throughout the day. We are already planning our next visit!

The property and home offers everything you need and want in a home away from home! The kitchen is well stock for your home cooked meals and you are also 5-10 min from some fabulous restaurants when you feel like having someone else do the cooking. The home is spacious and exceptionally clean. It was perfect for outlet extended family of 19 to celebrate our mom’s 80th birthday! Thanks for the great hospitality, Dan and Linda!

We celebrated my parent's 50th anniversary in this beautiful home. My mom is hard to impress, and she was speechless. I heard several times throughout the stay how relaxed everyone. We only traveled away from the house one day. The rest of the days, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, dock, and kayaks. If we get the opportunity to celebrate like this again, this will be our number one contender. Thank you, Linda and Daniel, for sharing your home. Our whole family (12 adults and 4 kids) took a trip to the Ozarks and this was the PERFECT place for us! The kids loved the pool and the beach. The adults loved the hot tub and all the deer. What an amazing experience! This house was perfect for a large family gathering. It was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed in order to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. There was plenty of room for all 18 of us (10 adults and 8 children) to spread out and enjoy the amenities that the house had to offer. The owners were super friendly and helpful with anything we needed during our stay. I strongly recommend this home for anyone looking to hold a large family get together. This place was amazing in every aspect. The house is huge! The pool is great. The beach and dock are perfect. The lake location is deep and secluded for swimming. The cherry on top was a host that was very responsive yet respectful of our privacy. Thanks for a great vacation.

Perfect for our family of 22!
This house and property is exactly what a large family is looking for. Everything is clean and well maintained. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The hosts are super!! Made sure we had everything we needed, came and cleaned the pool every morning, and kept the private beach so nice. I just can't say enough about how great they were to deal with. The location is so peaceful and secluded away. Our littles and adults loved watching the deer in the yard every day. We loved this place so much we've already said we're going back next year.

Loved the house and the location. There is a big hill to walk down to get to the lake. Luckily, the car drives up and down the hill just fine. Fishing was great right from the dock.

Great stay at the lake
Our 3 adult children and their families met us at the house for spring break. It was a little early in the season but Dan and Linda had the pool heated and ready for us when we arrived. The grandkids jumped right in! The hot tub was great also. The house was large and spacious, everyone had room to chill if they wanted. The house was wonderfully stocked, too. We made use of the kayaks every day and enjoyed all the outdoor space. Even the local wildlife cooperated! The deer came to the yard daily as did a pair of ducks and some geese. We also had a bald eagle in the neighborhood. Everything was fantastic!

Vacation with my Mom and siblings total of 16. We had plenty of room and everything was wonderful. We had a GREAT time and have booked again for next year and also booked for a trip with our kids and grandkids as well. It’s a good place for small kids to adults. Amazing Vacation Rental
We can't say enough good things about this property and the property managers! We vacation with a large family group, 10 adults and 4 children, and there was more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms to give everyone privacy. We loved the pool, hot tub and pool area, as well as how close the lake was to the house. It was nice to be able to be able to transition from the pool to the lake depending on what we felt like doing. It was amazing to be able to look out on the property and see deer along with other wildlife almost each time we looked out! The house was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed to cook/prepare food. Anytime we needed something the property managers responded immediately and were very kind. The only suggestion we might make would be to consider a slide off of the dock for the kids, but that would just be a suggestion. We plan on returning again next summer!

Summer Vacation 2021
We had a great time! The house was beautiful and spacious. There was plenty of space for 11 adults and 1 teenager.
We really enjoyed the kayaks, fishing at the beach and off the boat dock, and of course the pool. We had our own 4 wheeler, which made the hike down to the beach a possibility for those of all ages and abilities. I highly recommend that you bring one as the walk/hike down is a steep one.
We really enjoyed seeing the deer every day and the quiet location. It was very peaceful.

Great Home & Wonderful Location
The home was very comfortable and provided plenty of space for our group of 10 people. The location of the boat dock at the end of a quiet cove was wonderful. Dan and Linda were always responsive and gracious to any questions we had and they took time daily to make sure the pool was clean and the beach was also raked and cleaned daily. This was by far one of the better Vrbo experiences we have had and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

Thought of everything - Pictures Don’t do it justice!
All we can say is wow! We brought our extended family traveling from all over the country for a 5 night trip ranging from 3 to 91 years old.
They thought of everything! The property provided us with everything we needed and more both inside and outside the home. The house was clean and extremely comfortable. Plenty of space and amenities. The pool and back deck was wonderful, allowing the kids to play in the pool and our 91 year grandmother enjoy watching the family from the upper back deck.
The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and playing at the beach. We rented a boat and jet ski and docked it right at the property.
Wonderful memories were made and we would recommend this home to everyone!!

Lovely Private Family Retreat
Our first reaction when entering the home was that the pictures do not do it justice, it is more lovely in person. Kitchen so well stocked (could add some wine glasses and highball glasses), such clean and comfortable bedding. Ample beds and bathrooms. And such privacy. We enjoyed the beach and pool and rented a boat so enjoyed the dock as well. It is a trip to the lake, but we used a four wheel drive suv snd had no problem. We also rented a golf cart which was fun. Owners were so responsive and helpful. Just a great experience.

We had a wonderful time at this house. The pool, hot tub, and lake access were fantastic. The photographs don’t do the interior justice. The managers were extremely attentive - perhaps owing to their security cameras around the exterior - and I’m sure they would have been available to help with anything we needed at a moments notice.

Very clean and nice!
This property is one of the best maintained places we have stayed. It was amazingly clean! There was plenty of room for all of us and we had a lot to do. The kids loved the sand beach and the pool. The only thing was the hike up the incredibly steep hill. The owners were very responsive! We would stay again!
