Un desastre, de lo peor que he estado. El grifo de la ducho echaba óxido, se tupía el desagüe de la ducha y salía agua sucia. Olor a tabaco, mucha suciedad en el suelo, las toallas húmedas, mal olor en la almohada. Increíble que exista un establecimiento así. Un desastre.

Location was amazing, right by the sights and lovely bars in the square.

Absolutely fine, as expected, that it was basic. We only needed basic for our one night stay. BUT we had three adults in our room plus our dog, staying a walk away from reception building, 4 floors up - no air con is understandable but no fans and the inescapable heat meant none of us slept and were genuinely worried for our dogs well-being. Also, the bathroom door was not able to be opened from the inside due to the faulty door handle, the floors under the bed were filthy. There was one pillow to share between the 2 (couple) and the shared toilet for other rooms was directly next to our room and with the paper thin walls we could hear every toilet visit, shower etc all through the night. It also smelt of sewerage.

The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The location next to the old city area is nice.

The bathroom was disgusting. The water from the shower did not drain and would spill out all over the floor as it built up. There was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom the whole time we were there. It looked like the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned based on the debris and towels on the floor. The shower nozzle was broken so you had no choice but to hold it over yourself while trying to hold your soap at the same time. The ventilation in the bathroom is poor, so steam and smells come down the hallway towards the bedrooms.

room not located in main hotel. incomplete directions to find the room and incomplete instructions for which doors to use key and keypad. Room devoid of character.

Truly a maze to find room. I asked about food and advised to go to cathedral location but right across the street was an amazing dinner. It was 0k. Clean

people in other rooms were noisy til very late and as the walls were thin, we heard it all.

I asked a loundry service, at the reception desk promised to me next morning everything will be ready. But they forget to tell me, that the reception will close untill 12.00.

Low price. Easy. Good location. Easy parking. Clean.

The shared bathroom had a strong pipes smell AND the rooms were not in the same building where you checked in. You had to go to another building near by.

Only one shared toilet/shower to share with many other rooms. Only one plug to charge the phone far away from the bed.

Clean room, and the staff were very friendly.

I was told to bring cash to pay for the room, but payment was taken from my card at some point during the day. I preferred to pay by card, but would have liked to know ahead of time that this was going to happen.

- cannot pay by card (need to have cash) - very late check in - TV was not working - mold in the bathroom - no view from the room - no bath gel/shampoo - very noisy - the shared bathroom is near the room with private bathroom - thus very, very noisy - very expensive for what they offer

Nice price. good location.

inflexible staff. Totally unsuitable to stall my bike in the room because of the stairs and tiny elevator. staff was clueless about this. Still, we had to pay extra for stalling the bikes in our own room.

It could've been good to have a mirror in the bedroom. Also, we asked for separate beds and got one full bed, which wasn't a problem, but still.
