Love the bikes / grill / pool table/ neighborhood, distance to the beach, and the cleanliness of the house. Coffee was a plus as well!

The location was perfect to attended the Players Championship round on Sunday. Well maintained and very clean.

Located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of attention to detail. We had easy access to grocery shops and the beach. An incredible bakery is within walking distance for a morning treat. It's very clear that this house is loved and cared for by Thomas and Katie. I appreciated the print outs of check in and check out information. I would absolutely not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you guys.

This property was perfect for our trip to the Mayo Clinic. My mother was having surgery and it was a nice place to go are rest during appointments and Surgery. I would recommend this property!!!

This was a great property. The billiard room was a great plus in bad weather and the bikes and proximity to the beach were a hit when the weather improved. Property owner was very responsive, we will definitely stay here again!

THE PLACE WAS JUST AS PICTURED AND DESCRIBED IN VRBO. MY ADULT CHILDREN STAYED THERE WHILE VISITING THE AREA. LOCATION WAS PERFECT AND THEY ESPECIALLY ENJOYED THE POOL TABLE.

First of all, no communication prior to checking in. When we arrived, the door was open and another family apparently was still there because their belongings was everywhere. We contacted the host countless times and still haven't gotten a response. This totally ruined my husband's birthday weekend!

We were in town for a Military Retirement and to catch up friends from when we lived here. Great location, easy access to the beaches, Jax Beach, Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach, and Mayport. Quiet neighborhood. Well appointed house, with lots of consumables available (coffee, laundry, towels, etc). The 3 queen beds were comfortable, AC worked great, fans in bedrooms was nice. Bath rooms were clean, and kitchen was stocked with spices, pots and pans, plates, etc. Pool table was fun to play on. SmartTV in living room was nice to relax to. Great stay!

As advertised, owners investing in future amenities / improvements. Nice location. Plenty of room to entertain. Bikes were a nice perk with beach a 5 min ride away.

This house had just about everything you could need. I am an over packer and I could have saved myself some work. Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, new sponge, hand soap, dryer sheets, detergent, shampoo, conditioner (for both bathrooms) are all provided and not just 1 roll of TP...enough for my family of 5 all week. I will keep this in mind for our next stay 😎 There was also a full range of pots, pans, utensils, etc and a wine bottle opener. The bag of sand toys for the kids was great, too. I like a clean house and this house did not disappoint! The bikes were a nice touch. My daughter and I took them out once and they rode great, but even at 8pm it was too hot for us 🔥😄 I'm not in the shape I once was. My teenagers loved the pool table! The beds smelled fresh and were comfortable. 3 bedrooms with 3 queen beds. All have closets with hangers. The beach was about 16 blocks away. Oh and there was also 6 bath towels, wash rags, 6 beach towels, washer & dryer, and a comfy blanket for the sofa. The AC worked great and kept the house very cool. There is a gas station within walking distance and a delicious sandwich shop. I could tell the owners of this property put a lot of time & thought into making this propery perfect for other families and are still making provisions to improve.

It’s a great location with the beach being close. The bikes and pool table made the experience even better.

We were visiting family - wanted our own place so that we didn't cramp them (and they have a cat and we have allergies). It made for a very pleasant visit - with the bonus of being a bike ride from the beach! The weather was perfect and the house was clean.

We only had a short stay, but will definitely stay here again. It’s close proximity to the beach, the home is clean and well-kept, and the owners are close by if you need anything at all during your stay. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this weekend at The Ruby Sea Turtle. We were in town to attend our nephew’s wedding. The house was perfect for our family, 5 adults. It was very clean and welcoming. The location was perfect; only a mile away from the wedding venue. Even though we did not cook; the kitchen was set up with everything you would need to prepare a great meal. Bikes and beach towels were available for use. Check-in and out was so easy. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit with family during the holidays.

The house was just what we were looking for. It was very clean upon arrival, spacious enough for 4 fat old guys and right down the street from the beach/bars. Katie and Thomas were very easy to get a hold of and answered any questions promptly. They were also very flexible and even gave us great recommendations for things to do around town. I would re-book this house, or any of their properties, in a heart beat. Thank you so much!

Really enjoyed the pool table, bikes and location. House was clean and host provided little extras like coffee, shampoos and conditioners, laundry supplies etc. we will stay here again.
