I can’t say enough great things about this house! My family and I were so impressed with the layout, cleanliness and decor of the home. The location was perfect and we were so happy with how close we were to everything! It had a very family friendly vibe to it and we had the best time.

My favorite had a great week in Cape May at this property. We had stayed at this home in the past and really enjoyed it. The new owners made some very nice upgrades that helped make our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely stay there again.

All of my family agreed this rental has been our best so far for our annual Cape May Christmas. The location was excellent. Cross the street and you are at The Mall. And a few minutes walk to Congress Hall and Breakfast with Santa!

This is a great house, terrific location an very well equipped. Kitchen had everything we needed to put on a celebration dinner for my mother's 85th birthday for the whole family. Front porch is large and allowed all of us to sit and enjoy all the charm of Cape May's Autumn. Can't say enough about how great the communication with the property owner was. So accommodating and helpful! Don't think twice, book it. You'll love the location and the house!

This property could not be located in a more perfect location. Steve is a great host and is incredibly responsive. The interior of the house has its pros and cons as a Victorian, but everyone enjoyed their stay. The air conditioning works and the house was definitely large enough for our group of 10 adults plus one toddler. We had a fantastic trip and would stay again!

This property is all about location. You are in the center of everything in Cape May! Shopping, groceries, wine and spirits, coffee, ice cream, restaurants and the beach are all just steps away. You can park your car in the provided off-street parking and never get in the car again the whole week if you choose! Our family loved sitting on the porch and people watching. So many passersby stopped to take pictures of the house because of the architecture and beautiful garden. My only tip to those who like to sleep in is to bring ear plugs. Each morning there are quite a few trucks unloading in the area and it can get loud. For us it was not a problem - just a small price to pay for the perfect location. Great house in a great location plenty of room for a large group. The home was reminiscent of the classic grand beach home.

We stayed for a Congress Hall wedding-the location was perfect-everything in walking distance. Great space for everyone to relax and enjoy each other's company! The only downsides: Having to bring our own linens and it was a bit noisy in the mornings-delivery trucks, etc. However, overall excellent hosts and lovely home-we were thrilled with the place!

Seven of us ventured down the parkway to exit 0 for a weekend of Christmas festivities. Stephen was an excellent host before we even got there, he answered our questions and was readily available during our stay! BEAUTIFUL HISTORIC HOME!! The house is stunning and well appointed, 3 stories were more than enough for the seven of us. The living room was cozy for watching TV and laughing and talking. The kitchen had all the things we needed to make a few meals and the Bar was a hit as we mixed bloody Marys and chocolate martinis. THE PORCH was the best, fortunately the weather was mild and we sat outside and watched the world go by! Coffee in the morning as the sun rose and cocktails at night as the Christmas lights began to twinkle. It was a great place to people watch and chat with those that walked by. Our bedrooms were big and cozy and the 3 bathrooms on the second floor were perfect for lots of people getting ready in the morning. Parking in Cape May can be tricky, but we had room for 3 cars behind the fence and permits for 2 cars to park on the street. CAN WE TALK LOCATION?!?!?! This beautiful home was located on the corner, mere yards from the Washington Street promenade. We had all Washington Street had to offer right at our fingertips, great restaurants, eclectic shops, coffee, and ice cream! Even though it was December, the beach beckoned from a block away. Cape May is beautiful during the holidays, Stephen was a stelar Rostand Jules by the Sea was a true treat!

The Victorian home has so much charm with old world and new world amenities. Our host was very responsive to our questions and requests. The location was perfect and our group had 5 Star stay.

If you enjoy Cape May, this is a perect spot. The house was roomy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The owners were responsive. It was a great people watching spot, and many of those passing commented on how beautiful the house and flower gardens are. We used a wagon to grocery shop and never moved our cars the whole week. It was nice to have off-street parking. I would highly recommend this house.

I was with a group of 12 women and we had the best time staying at this property. The home was just as pictured, clean, and in the perfect location. Stephen was easily accessible and answered everything so timely. Would 10/10 recommend to friends and family! Amazing.

My friends and I had an amazing weekend here. The beach was a 2 min walk and was right next to a number of shops, bars and restaurants. I highly recommend this place for any group looking to stay / have easy access to all the action / sights Cape May has to offer.
