A beautiful place with a breathtaking view!

My daughter and I go on a do nothing vacation every year. this condo was perfect. right on the beach ,which is great for walking. Close to restaurants and shopping. Loved sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean. So relaxing we will definitely be back!!!!

Overall, our vacation stay had its ups and downs. While communication with the property management was excellent and response times were prompt, the issues we encountered put a damper on our long-awaited trip. The cleanliness of the property left much to be desired, with problems ranging from a broken toilet to dusty, mildew-covered showers and stained sheets. The patio was also in need of a thorough cleaning. Despite spending the first two days of our vacation purchasing cleaning supplies and tidying up, the representative made commendable efforts to address each issue promptly. She went out of her way to ensure that the toilet was fixed and personally delivered beach towels and clean sheets. Despite the challenges, her apologetic demeanor and proactive approach helped salvage our trip and make it enjoyable. On a positive note, the view from the property was absolutely stunning.

Our room was not great. The couch was so nasty. We booked 6 mos in advance so there was no warning for the pool, hottub and beach access not being available now when we only booked here for the pool & hottub so that sucked.
The kitchen in the condo had roaches everywhere. In the sink, the counters, the cabinets. We couldn't even cook food bc of how absolutely gross the roaches were. No one would come spray/clean, move our tooms or offer any kind of compensation. The glas in the main bedroom shower was broken and glass shards fell into the tub everytime it moved, making bathing a toddler impossible.
The ac didnt work, it stayed almost 80° all week in thd condo .
The remote for the lights didn't work correct, if one room cut their light off, it but the other bedrooms on. This stay may had been my worst experience thus far.

I loved the condo and the location. It was clean, beautiful with a perfect view of the ocean. Tje location is great for a family environment, a little bit away from the extreme traffic and the party crowd. The property managers were great and responded to my questions promptly and were very helpful. I only have 2 small complaints. I did not like the sheer curtains in the bedroom because i like to sleep late while on vacations, the sun had me up by 7:00 every morning. Also ot was advertised that they had a pool, but at the time of our stay there was not a pool because it had been damaged by the storm. For me thats not a big deal, but for my daughter it was. She is 13 and enjoys the pool and is not very fond of the ocean water. I just feel that the advertisement should have been updated to show that. Other than those 2 things the condo was wonderful. Want to add that the pool was being reconstructed while we were there so maybe wont be long before that is up and operating again.

If you like the sound of jackhammers at 8 am, this place is for you!!! The building is under MAJOR construction and there is no disclosure of this in the listing. Also, it must be managed by Vacasa instead of the owners, and Vacasa is not responsive. That being said, the interior of the unit is very nice. It was clean and fairly well stocked. If they would just give more information about the unit and how to access things, it would be great.

The home was nicely decorated and comfortable. Private laundry- this room kind of dirty. Lots of random beach things stored here as well. This space needs some attention. No dish towels (1) or pot holders. No dishes for a toddler to use. Otherwise, met our needs well. Great location.

Condo was clean, open, and an amazing view. I misread that there is a hot tub, only sauna. No big deal. Pool was a little cold for me, but teens still swam. Walking distance to some restaurants. We liked that it wasn't super touristy. There was mild construction going on, but nothing that made our stay miserable. Weather for first week of January was 60-70, no rain. Can't complain! There were body boards for teens, chairs for everyone, no wash cloths. You would need to bring your own. We would definitely stay at this location again.
