Affitti settimanali. Completamente rinnovato nel novembre del 2015 di cucina, soggiorno, sala da pranzo, ingresso e bagno padronale !!! Vieni in vacanza dove puoi sederti, rilassarti e goderti lo splendido scenario di Daytona Beach Shores! Questa unità si trova al White Surf Condominium. Finestre e porte scorrevoli in vetro sul lato dell'oceano arrivano fino al pavimento per avere una visione completa della spiaggia e dell'oceano. Non molti condomini hanno questa funzione. L'unità è stata rinnovata con nuovi mobili (divano e poltrone in pelle) ed è stata recentemente verniciata. C'è un balcone fronte oceano in modo da poter godere di una vista a volo d'uccello delle spiagge sabbiose e godersi l'aria fresca dell'oceano ogni volta che vuoi.
Il soggiorno e la sala da pranzo hanno una grande porta scorrevole in vetro e una grande finestra con vista panoramica sulla spiaggia e sull'oceano. Ci sono molti posti a sedere nel soggiorno per la famiglia di riunirsi e rilassarsi. Compared to other places we've stayed along Daytona Beach Shores this was by far the most convenient. That's a big deal when you're on vacation. Not having to fight with door locks, keys, parking, and check in times was a huge plus. Here everything is streamlined.
The rooms were well-maintained. Nice choices in furnishings. Excellent view.

We had a very nice time staying in the condo. Only a few things we noted when staying. Nothing big enough to make complaints about or leave ugly reviews.
We noticed the sand on everything, counter tops, still on floor. I know it’s beach front and there will be sand but we’ve stayed in multiple places and have never had the same issue. There were even gerber snacks which must’ve been spilled by previous occupants under the chair and couch. The shower in the master bath was very slick, I almost slipped when stepping in. I don’t know if this was due to the cleaner not being rinsed out or the shower wasn’t cleaned. The master bedroom stays HOT I was extremely happy to see the fan in the closet although after the first night I went to Walmart and bought another one, because the one there barely blows. (Brought my fan home). The large burner on the stove top did not work but we made do with the others. The space is beautiful and does have all the comforts of home, I would just look into possibly getting different cleaners.

Nice location. Not a lot of instruction for arrival. The penthouse is ok, very dated. The biggest issue I had was mold everywhere. To go on vacation and pay thousands for a place on the beach, you’d expect a lot better than this delivered.My photos prove it.

We loved this condo! The beds were super comfy! Could have been better stocked (bring your own garbage bags, paper towels and toilet paper). I didn't love the fact that we were responsible for washing all of the towels. I did it in hot water with good laundry soap, but didn't feel like the same was done for us. Laundry soap should also be provided if this is a requirement. Overall, we would stay here again! We loved the location. Air conditioner works great, the pool looks wonderful! It opened on the day we left. We met lots of great neighbors!

The location is perfect. Restaurants galore. You can be in the tourist areas within minutes and can find places to relax and soak it all in. The condo was as described. The pelican sightings were many and thoroughly enjoyed. Enjoyed both the balcony on the ocean side and the seating area on the intercoastal side which allowed for some afternoon sun. The bed in the master bedroom was more comfortable than the one at home. Loved having the underground parking. Hopefully there will be another stay in the future.

Awesome penthouse, 7th floor with south end window too. Well equipped, comfortable high end furniture and appliances including in unit waher and dryer. Well equipped kitchen and pantry too. We hope to be back again.

This property was beautiful. Clean and just as advertised. We had our adult children coming and going and it was nice to be so close to the Daytona airport. Enough space for 7 adults to enjoy time together and not feel crowded. The beach is beautiful and the view is just stunning. There were plenty of cooking tools that we were able to have a wonderful Christmas dinner together at the Condo. Had a little trouble with the wi-fi when we first got there and the host responded immediately and it was easily taken care of. Would definitely return and would recommend this place to friends. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This condo is really nice if you are looking for a 3 bd/3bath place but it was sparsely outfitted ( no trash bags, minimal toilet paper). If you rent this place bring your own soap and shampoo as none was provided. The other complaint that I have is that there wasn’t a wine opener and they only had 3 wine glasses which none matched. You can get a set for $15 at Homegoods which is what I would have done if I owned this unit. Also the garage door opener stopped working on our 3rd day and we never had a garage opener to exit. Beds were comfortable but pillows were thin and hard.

We came from Northern New York with family. Our stay was amazing. The condo was very beautiful, clean, with all the imeneties that we could ask for. It was close to just about any place we wanted to visit and right on the beach. We had an amazing time.

We had a great time. A very relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped (even though we didn’t cook more than coffee and popcorn). The doors and windows keep all of the noise out. The balcony provides plenty of room to listen to the ocean, sip coffee or whatever you chose, and watch the birds. The curtains block the early morning “bright “ sun if you want to sleep in,

This place is absolutely amazing! Looks exactly as advertised, actually even better than advertised. Very clean, lots of space for the family, and the views of the ocean are breathtaking! When we go back to Daytona we will definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend this place to anyone going to Daytona beach. We all enjoyed our time here and didn’t want to leave. Anyone who stays here will not be disappointed. We were lucky to find such an amazing place!

The condo was great! But the listing stated Construction work was going on in February and March with some hammer drilling that could go on until late April. At no time did the owner or VRBO tell me that it was still going on and would be well into June with us arriving the first week of June. So, we had to dodge construction workers all week and the last 2 1/2 days, they were hammer drilling on the roof which was right above us as we were on the top floor! You folks had no problem sending me emails at the end of April wanting final payment! A professional way would have been to tell us before the last payment giving us a refund so we could book the week elsewhere, or at least a partial refund. Two couples my wife talked to said they were getting a 25% refund/discount because the construction was supposed to be over as well. Lesson learned, will book with the condo directly in the future! At least then when you need to address issues with the front desk you don't have to hear " you have to talk to the owner".

This is the first time I rented this unit. It was wonderful. We never stayed on the 7th floor. Fantastic view. I felt the condo was stocked with the perfect equipment you need to prepare meals at home. Loved the showers. We will go back.

Second year in a row. Beautiful, spacious, well maintained condo at the beach. Worked great for our group.

Space was amazing. Can have privacy or a party and it works!! Of course, the view WOW.
Easy payment and l love not needing a physical key. Kitchen is well equipped & the pantry was very nice.
The construction noise was kind of annoying but it was worth it!

It was a beautiful condo from what I was told the nicest in the property. Check in was easy . It was under construction but that didn’t bother us at all. Close to everything . Super clean . We hope to come back soon!!
