the location was great, it was within walking distance of restaurants and a beach. There was enough equipment/ utensils for everyone to use within the household. The pool and outdoor area was excellent. The inside was very clean, organised and comfortable. the host was very accommodating!

the showers were a little awkward to use, as the water from the shower head would spray out of the shower onto the floor. the bathrooms in general needed a little more attention, there was a couple leaks and a toilet that wouldn’t flush properly

We had a few issues with a leak from a bathroom and an issue on the last day with the sewage appearing to leak from a pipe. Property owners were quick to respond and offer maintenance team to attend. However, I would suggest that the plumbing is looked at prior to guests arriving and repaired as it wasn’t nice at all. Response time was good but shouldn’t have been required

Swimming pool was nice. The area is quiet. Linen were clean.

The check-in process was atrocious. It requires a selfie and a scan of your id! The web site does not work well, so one needs to repeat the process several times. Staff was very rude. The key to the door was broken and could not be repaired. We needed to enter via the kitchen. The air conditioning was generally not needed, but was very loud in the one instance we used it. Internet is slow; a MS Teams interview was not possible. Furniture is old and worn. Everything feels cheap. Several bath rooms stank.
