This is a very nice house and great for a big group of people or extended family. The property management company is very responsive and helpful for the most part(more explained in a second). The views are spectacular from here and its a short walk down the mountain into town if you choose to do that. We had our little ones with us and it was very close to one of the parks in town. There is ton's of wild life if that is your thing as well(wild turkey's, deer, chipmunks, moose, birds, potguts, and even saw a weasel!). The only two negatives(and very slight negatives), were the tv's were extremely difficult to work and we had to keep asking the property management company to help us with those. Eventually we figured how to work them, but a Nasa scientists could not figure out this set up on most of the tv's. I actually felt bad for tech guys from the property management company. Second thing, the house probably needed to have someone come spray for bugs(again nitpicking and maybe just given the size of the house this happens in the summer everywhere). But there was a quite a few bugs in the bathroom. If not for these two things, i would say this house is 5/5 and the experience with the management company is 5/5. Really great stay!

The adobe property in Park City was very nice. Heated driver was a bonus as we have 4-6 inches of snow. Plenty of room for the family and the sub zero accommodated our food. I would highly recommend this property.

Our family recently stayed at the beautiful home on Aerie. The view is fantastic, overlooking Old Town. Proximity to town is so close. The house is decorated beautifully. Kitchen has every appliance and accessory you might possibly need. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large. Lots of televisions. The neighborhood is a great place to walk. Can’t wait to return!

Amazing mountain home

Great experience
This is an exceptional house! We stayed and skied with a family of 13, including 6 adults and 7 kids/teens. We had plenty of room to spread out and entertain ourselves. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well appointed. Everything was comfortable. There are smart TVs and games galore! The house is beautifully decorated and has stuffing views of the Mountain Village ski area. Mountain Village is a 5-6 min drive. Canyons is a 12 min drive. We found parking difficult on the Sun of MLK weekend and easy on Mon and Tues.

Lovely home
We had a good stay in PC. The house was lovely and well stocked, advertised honestly, comfortable etc. We have a few issues and they were addressed.
We had a good time and I would rent from Abode in the future.

Beautiful home- attention to detail needed
We loved our time at Aerie although there were a couple of issues with the property. The hot tub was dirty and not working when we got there, we missed 2 days of 4 in the hot tub. The thermostat was not working downstairs, luckily we had batteries, otherwise it would have been a cold night. We asked Cooper mgt to fix the sink and replace the lightbulbs in the bathroom upstairs, they came but didn’t replace them or fix the sink. No towels in the master bath. Towels downstairs were wet in the dryer and smelly. We washed them again. The driveway down by the garage opening was super icy and sometimes difficult to back our car out of the garage. The house is beautiful and comfortable, I think more attention to detail would be helpful. We stayed there 2 years ago and didn’t experience any of these issues. Thanks!

Our stay was amazing.
Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house was perfect for our group of 12 first time skiers. Everyone was extremely comfortable. The distance from Park City mountain lodge was about 7 min every morning which was perfect for us. The view was amazing and we can’t wait to come back!!!!!

Home is a complete package
This home is well laid out, has everything you should need during your stay, and the views are awesome. Cooper’s management team was easy to work with and made checking in a breeze. We would definitely rent here again. Great for our family of 10. We loved the huge kitchen that opens to great room and fireplace. Our family cooked together every evening and so enjoyed the fireplace too.

Perfect. Above and beyond our expectations!
We thought the listing was too good to be true, but when we arrived the house was EVEN better than we hoped! The house is stocked with anything you could want, ample space to hang and relax. The kitchen has everything you could need. Location was perfect - able to enjoy our view but still be just a short drive away from Main St.
In addition, the property management company was extremely accommodating and very easy to reach. I really hope to come back! This house made our trip!

Premier Park City Lodge
Stay was lovely. Location is perfect to downtown and skiing. Large home with plenty of space for a large group to spread out. Couple of negatives, the two refrigerators are not marked where one is a freezer. Lost a bunch of food on the first day because it froze. Also, pool cues were all without tips except for one. Had to all share it. Basement toilet was broken and had a rope temporarily installed to flush it. Said the parts were being ordered after I called, but should have been informed/fixed prior to our stay. Overall a good stay, new management company just needs to tweak a few things.

Best View In Park City
Great home with breadth taking views of Park City and the ski area. Sparking city lights at night and fantastic Mountain View’s in the day time. Large home with something for everyone...pool table,spa,media room and gaming room. Plenty of fireplaces and just minutes from Main Street, Park City. A few minutes to Deer Valley ski area and minutes to Park City ski area. Functional kitchen with great valley views. The house manager, Harry, is very nice and accommodating. Our family of six adults and four children were very comfortable and happy with our stay.

Beautiful home overlooking Park City Runs.
This property is superb! All of extravagant comforts of home. There were 9 of us and perfect for 3 families. Both privacy and a wonderful entertaining area. The management company checked in frequently to make sure our needs were met even recommending certain places for snowmobiling etc.. I would rate this home 5 stars plus another 5.

Gorgeous Home & Perfect Location
Stayed here with seven girlfriends, and everyone raved about the home. It was very spacious, very well appointed and had beautiful views from every room. Hot tub, pool table, pop-a-shot - every room had a fun new discovery. If i come back to Park City, I would definitely look into staying there again. Also very close to town. Thanks for a great stay!

Clean, Spacious, Close to town, Perfect!
We had a family of twelve people staying in the home...eight adults and four children. There were five bedrooms with their own bathrooms. All the rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and dining. Three floors accommodated sleeping, game rooms, and movies which helped to make you feel you had plenty of room and not on top of each other. We would recommend this home to anyone!

Outstanding!
A group of 7 moms and sons stayed for 4 fabulous nights! Plenty of room for all and very comfortable. Super convenient to Main St and also the ski hills. Would definitely recommend this house!

2017 Family celebration
What a fabulous house. Everything was perfect for our family holiday celebration. The house was even decorated for our Xmas. The house was even more appointed than the pictures. What we liked most were the tremendous views, the quality of furnishings and the location. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property. Our stay was 11 nights and a family of 9 adults.
