The booking and quality of this property was wonderful. We have stayed at this property in the past and the comfort of the stay and the the cleanliness is top notch. The only downfalls, which is no reflection of the booker but something to be aware of, is that this property is a timeshare and after check-in they sent us to the "concierge" to get our parking pass where we were very aggressively tried to be sold on going on a time share tour. When we've stayed here in times past we checked in after hours which I would suggest if you want to avoid their strong sales tactics. They also called our room at 8am(sleeping baby...come on!) to...again...try and get us to go on a timeshare presentation. Lastly the walls were pretty thin and our neighbors who shared a wall with our bed were extremely loud at 6am and again at midnight talking which we had to knock on the wall to get them to quiet down since it was odd hours when we were trying to sleep. Other than those little issues, the property is centrally located, has wonderful and plentiful amenities both in the rooms and on the property. There are a lot of shopping and restaurants in close proximity to the resort. The communication with this booking was quick and easy and I would absolutely book here again.

We were NOT pleased to be barraged to "sign up for a two hour presentation and we'll give you free things!" We had to refuse to be scheduled, refuse to sign up for emails/texts/calls and eventually just call this lady to tell her NO We're Not Interested ... where she harrangued my wife AGAIN on the phone trying to convince her. Srsly. No, Means No. Other than this one annoying thing (that happened daily with room phone calls, cell phone calls and even a note attached to our DOOR) the place was beautiful. The room was great, but tiny cleanliness details stood out. We could see the swipes at the mirror and all the crud under beds and nightstands was there. Even hotels don't get all those details.

Did not know I had to attend a time share seminar. Had I known, I would not have rented the place. Took 2 minutes to get hot water in the shower and sink.

We love staying at Cibola Vista when we are visiting my son and his family. I couldn't find a reservation for our dates. Went through Vrbo and experienced a flawless stay. Will definitely book thu Vrbo again!

This is our fith time staying at the resort. We are making plans in the spring to stay again.

Lovely place

Three of us made a trip weekend to Arizona to watch my son play baseball. Property was very clean and the pool was amazing! Only issue is the Internet, is not remotely good so I would suggest possibly updating the Internet. We had absolutely no Internet in our room.

We stayed here while dropping our son off at college. Everything was as advertised. Perfect size for 2 people.

Stay was amazing and was lots to do and quick easy access to places to eat and things to do. Pool was week kept up and staff was always friendly

Room was very nice and clean. Check in was easy and we had a great time at the resort. Everything was awesome.

I have to say everything was perfect except the shower was defect and I complained at the front desk but the young lady said OK without any results for us.So the entire stay we had difficulties taking a shower.

My wife and had a great stay and loved the whole experience! And we have now found a great place to stay when we visit family in Arizona. A big shout out to my new friend Jim who works for the maintenance crew! He worked and handled the only problem we have while we stay. Jim I will pay your kindness forward! Everything was fabulous. Exceeded expectations!

Positive first: This property is nice and has a lot of external amenities, and the room is spacious and quiet and would be ideal if you need good sleep. The pool is marvelous and huge. The problem is, the windows in the listing are deceiving, as they do look at the interior walkway of the building, including the elevator. They do not bring in much light and must be closed at all times for privacy since it’s in the main walking area when people are on the way to their room. Another issue is that the kitchen sink was leaking underneath, making a puddle that we had to tend to. The biggest issue is that in the middle of the day, a man accessed our room with a key he had. He walked into the room while we were occupying it, without notice, and said “oh, checking in or out?” We had already been there for 2 nights and had 1 more to go. When we told him that, he said “oh ok” and left. No acknowledgment to the fact that he came right in when we expected we’d have privacy in our room. I’m sure it was an innocent mistake, but acknowledgment would have been nice. Overall, felt like a dungeon with no privacy, but was a quiet night for good sleep. Would not stay again.

Absolutely loved our accommodations. It was perfect for 4 adults, right next to adult pool...a plus. Had family from OOT join in on the fun too. Kids loved the pool. Thank you for the excellent getaway!

Second stay, very nice

Beautiful views including hot air balloons across the street. Close to Lake Pleasant. Close to hiking. 72 person hot tub/spa. Biggest I've ever seen.

We enjoyed this property so much. Everything you need is right there or a short drive. Love the pool area and it’s large hot tub. The food truck by the pool had very reasonably priced food and drinks (best bloody Mary’s). Condo was clean, comfortable, and had a lot of room. The only bad thing was there was not a great variety of pans or serving utensils. Large refrigerator. We will definitely be back!

I was with the understanding that the unit was larger with a balcony. It was a smaller unit with no balcony. No cleaning or replacing towels etc for the entire 2 weeks..

We were visited family in the Peoria and cave creek area and this location was convenient to get to both. The amenities and pool are amazing! I am in love with the large hot tub!

Renting was easy, communication was great! The property was more than what we expected. We were visiting to attend my cousins wedding. Half her cookie favors got lost by UPS. Grateful we had a full kitchen to redo her cookies in. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Good location but it needs a little help in cleaning the place

I loved the property so much. Planning my next trip. Wished I could’ve stayed longer. Staff was amazing and the property owner was very responsive and nice.
