Our family of 10 had a great time on South Padre Island and at the house. The house was very comfortable and had enough room for everyone especially love the pool. My only suggestion is to maybe put a second refrigerator downstairs at the pool area.

Our first experience with SPI Rental was excellent and truly memorable! The Beach Home was perfect to host our first family vacation. We had a couple of maintenance issues but they were quickly addressed. During our visit, we had a surprise engagement proposal in the backyard which was beautiful. This home will forever be a place to remember and an annual vacation for our families!

Had very high expectations for the price of the rental. The house was old and not updated. The house seemed dirty like it was not cleaned before we came to stay. Was very disappointed with the house. Also, during our stay, they were building a house next door and it was noisy and dusty. They put dust all over our cars with the cutting of the concrete. The pictures on the site do not represent the house in reality.

You have an amazing view of surroundings at any level. Stores are walking distance. Would recommend!

The house was very nice, spacious for the whole family, and clean. I loved the balconies and the pool! I also liked that there is a souvenir store right around the corner, a gas station a block away, and the beach access is only 1/2 block from the house. Great experience! I would consider renting this house again in the future!

Nice place centrally located. Good layout. Only negative was bed count. Photos showed a bunk in one room and there was only a single so we were a bed short.

My experience was a good one! The communication was great! We did have one major maintenance issue our last night there with a water heater leak however, they took care of the issue within a few hours! It was nothing that they could control but they definitely took care of it!

Great house for a family vacay!

Place was great… it was as we expected it to be.

SPI Rentals made our visit seamless. Check in and check out was process was super easy and convenient. The property accommodated 3 families comfortably. The location of the home was perfect for travel to beach, stores, and eateries. I would give this home excellent, buy the home was not cleaned as thorough as we would of liked (dog or human hair found in multiple places). We pitched in and cleaned the specific areas to our liking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the rentals amenities and look forward to our next SPI rental in the future.

We had an Amazing Stay at this property. It offers great space and location was perfect. A quick walk to the beach and you get to enjoy a wonderful breeze during the walk. Rooms and kitchen were the perfect size for our family. The backyard was nice! Pool could of been a little more clean but that didn't ruin us getting in. Thank you SPI for finding this accommodation for me and my family!!!

Very easy, enjoyed talking to someone vs automated

Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. The kitchen was well stocked with eating and cooking utensils. Only a short block to the beach made beach time as well as pool time easy to enjoy! We did not need to contact managment during our stay but everytime we interacted with them they were profesional and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was great for our group of three couples and teenage kids. One couple drew the short straw and had to share a small room with a double bed, which was less comfortable. However the two rooms with king beds and in suite baths were very comfortable. Nicely decorated and on a quiet street with less than a block to the beach. I would definitely stay again.

This property was great and central to everything so you can walk if you needed to. We rented a golf cart for a couple of days and, yes, it'll fit in the garage. The only thing I would encourage SPI (management company) to do is leave some basics in the house. We were given 3 trash bags. Why not just the box? There are two coffee pots but no filters (I left some there ;-0). And we were given 4 dishwasher pods..why not just leave the container? You get the idea...just plan on heading to the Blue Marlin (grocery store) for supplies. Don't miss the fresh tortillas!

Small family reunion. Short stay but home was great . . . perfect for our needs! Only wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely rent this place again!

The room off the living room is a full or queen bed now not a bunk. We had 11 people stay at this house and we had plenty of room. The house had everything listed on here. The only thing I wish I had know is that you have to go to rental office and get keys from them, and then drop them off at check out. This was alittle frustrating just because this is the 1st time we had to do it, and we had been in the car 7 hours to get there. Rental office people were quick to address anything and very nice. I had answers from them pretty much immediately which was nice. There was plenty of tp and paper towels,and a trash bag a day. The garage people rolled the trash can to curb themselves so we didnt have to do that which was nice. Overall it was a great house and we would totally rent it again. There was plenty of space in the backyard to play cornhole and outdoor activities while people were swimming. Every tv had Netflix logged in which was nice. We walked to three restaurants from the house which was nice to not have to load everyone in the car and drive. Each bathroom had 2 to 3 towels. There was 2 boxes of laundry detergent so you can wash towels. Downstairs bedroom is alittle warm if the living room area is perfect. So to make downstairs cool loving room is freezing. All these were minor issues and didnt effect how much we enjoyed staying at this house. There is alot of stairs from downstairs bedroom to main floor, to upstairs floor could be tricky with little ones. My 5 year old had no problems. Neighbors are close like you would expect at a beach house.

When we arrived the house was nice and we were pleasantly surprised that there was 4 bathrooms not 3 like the description says. The pool and outside area was nice. There were plenty of towels and pillows to accommodate our large group. The walk to the beach was about the equivalent of 2 blocks. The garage had a lot of beach stuff and a wagon, so that was nice. That said, if you plan on cooking, plan on being there a while. It took us an hour and a half to scramble eggs and make bacon. The burners on the stove come on and get hot but don't stay hot. They get cold and you have to switch burners constantly. We called the office and they sent someone out within the hour but they weren't able to fix it. The fridge also had some issues. All of our stuff in the freezer was melting. The kitchen was light on pots, pans, mixing bowls, etc compared to other condos we've stayed in. But there were a ton of plates, bowls and cups so that was good. There wasn't a single kitchen towel though. The TV in the master bedroom wouldn't connect to wifi and the bed was a little creaky. Most of the beds are very tall and there are a lot of stairs, which was fine for us but I prob wouldn't recommend for older people or people with babies. Overall it is a nice place... if you plan on eating out a lot.

We have stayed at better homes, more updated. Kitchen needs to update appliances, refrigerator and stove. Add garbage disposal. The swimming pool needs more upkeep(new gunite) pool deck needs to be smoothed out. Both grills were the highlight of the backyard. The backyard and front yard were well kept. The house itself was okay. Hopefully next year we get a beachfront home with you all. Your maintenance guy was great and very prompt in answering calls.

Enjoyed this home. Just as advertised online. Very comfortable beds. Back patio and pool is great! Very well apportioned and within short walking distance of many places we needed or enjoyed. Will definitely rent here again
