The property is in a historic hotel overlooking the Hilton Lagoon and just a stunning view to wake up to each morning..The condo is very quiet from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki..it has every amenity and we found it perfect for our 6 day stay..

We have just returned from 9 day vacation in Hawaii. We stayed at this property and really enjoyed it. The location is amazing, walking distance to restaurants, cafes and beautiful lagoon and ocean views outside. Check in process was very quick and efficient, 2 boxes of chocolate and 2 bottles of water were there for us to enjoy. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil you can possibly need. There was also a wagon, sand toys, chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards available for us to use. Washer and dryer were available down the hall from a unit for $3 per cycle.
We rented a car, used valet service for $45/day.
There are two heated swimming pools (towels provided) outside for guests to use, we enjoyed them.
We did find sleeping accommodations a little uncomfortable due to a size of our party; it was six of us: mom, dad, grandma, two teenage girls and a 3-year old boy. One of our girls had to sleep on a leather single convertible bed but mattress wouldn’t stay on top of that bed, she woke up with her mattress on the floor every day due to leather being slippery. Our second girl slept on the rollaway bed (that we had to fit in the second bedroom), she didn’t complain about her bed though. Our grandma slept on the queen bed in the second bedroom; and our 3-year old slept on a king with us. Family of 4-5 will fit a lot better in the condo. We did make it work though.
The hosts were very attentive to our needs, gave us complimentary late check out.

Four of us arrived from Canada in the later evening & were unable to meet with the host. But the self checkin process was simple & smooth. Our 1st impression upon entering, was how much smaller the unit looked in person than online (not unusual). The units were well appointed & we really appreciated all the beach gear included…a money saver in Waikiki for sure.
The downside of our stay was that most of the elevators were not working! We felt we spent a lot of our precious vacation time waiting on elevators. This wasn’t rectified in the week of our stay.
My humble suggestion to the owner of the unit, would be to supply some basics for late arrivals such as us…some coffee, creamer, etc. for the first morning. Having to get dressed & look for coffee on the 1st morning is not desirable.
Also, in the promo pics it shows wine & fruit on the kitchen peninsula. Though we appreciated the water & chocolates, I feel the unit & its paying customers warrants something a little more elevated.
Those things aside, the unit was very nice & comfortable & we enjoyed our stay very much.

The property was beautiful, tranquil and peaceful with excellent views of the ocean. The interior was top notch and included two separate balconies with upgraded interior furnishings and hosts are attentive and responded quickly when I inquired about TV operation.
I would definitely stay again and would recommend to others as it is very central to restaurants and easily walkable to the beach.

What you see is what you get! Beautiful suites with a beautiful view of the ocean and lagoon. The hosts David and Ron are wonderful! Always there to help and communicate. We enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend staying with them :)

We would highly recommend this home for numerous reasons. The Host and Property Manager communication was exceptional. The condo was located in a perfect location close to the lagoon and beach. The condo itself had everything we wanted and needed. Pictures and description are accurate. Overall a wonderful experience.

Just got home from an awesome vacation! The condo was great. They provided us with everything we needed. The view was breathtaking and awesome to wake up to every morning! Thank you for letting us stay at this great place.

Property as described. Very clean. Smooth check-in. Nice extras such as beach towels, beach chairs, and beach cart. Checkout was equally smooth. You are not expected to partially clean the place like other VRBOs before you leave.
The toilet was running intermittently when we got in, and was fixed by the next day.
The space was a little tight for our family of 4, but had everything we needed.
Nice location in Waikiki, we walked to many restaurants and shopping. The Hilton Hawaiian village next door was a welcome surprise with quite a few good restaurants.
The view of the ocean is pretty good. We had fireworks in front of us 3 of the 7 nights we were there. Overall a very good experience and would rent again if we are ever back in Honolulu.

Wet nice accommodations with smooth check in process. Beautiful condo and close to everything in Waikiki. Valet parking was superb and easy for come and go parking. Would definitely recommend this place to stay and enjoy the tropical setting of the Aloha state .

This place was the best we have stayed at Ilikai so far . Great view of the ocean , well upgraded unit , good supplies, nice manager. We enjoyed to stay here and we took a lot of beautiful scenery pictures from the unit . Thank you so much for sharing this unit to us . We will come back again when having a chance

First of all, I would like to acknowledge the host, David, for being so incredible! His communication was excellent! He gave us an introductory tour of the building and the units. This place is exactly what we dreamed about. The condo is well appointed, super clean, up-to-date, with incredible views of the lagoon, ocean, two beautiful pools, and the harbor!
The laundry is right down the hall, and so is the trash room. Everything was so convenient. It’s right next to Hilton Hawaiian Village which offers a lot of shopping and restaurants as well. The amount of amenities for the beach was exactly what we hoped for. A huge wagon, nice beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, a basket of kid’s toys, etc. was very much appreciated. Enjoy the 2 spacious lanais with plenty of comfy furniture. Believe me, you won’t want to go home after staying here. Thanks again for an incredible stay!

Great for families
We were very pleased with the condo and the resort. The beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas and a wagon (all provided by the owner) made our short walk to Waikiki beach much easier and more enjoyable. David our "Island Host " for our unit was exceptional, he met our family in the lobby with thoughtful gifts for my wife and kids before giving us a thorough orientation tour. We will definitely stay here again.

I wasn't too happy about the management team and the meet-and-greet situation. I don't think it's ideal to have VRBO properties in a hotel, and the on site Hotel staff has no ability to take care of your immediate needs during your stay. The elevator wait time and situation was absolutely ridiculous. This is a great place to stay if you're not in a rush for anything.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. It had everything we needed and was very clean. We enjoyed using all of the amenities of the Ilikai and the short walk to Waikiki Beach. The location next to Hilton Hawaiian village is a bit far from downtown Waikiki- about a 20 minute walk so we often drove. It’s very crowded because of the Hilton, we walked past it on the beach to get to a quieter area. We never used the pool.
