Le loggine del Pignattello è un affascinante appartamento ubicato nel centro storico di Siena, in una posizione strategica: a 10 min a piedi dalla risalita di Porta Siena e dalla
stazione ferroviaria ed a 5 min a piedi da Piazza del campo. Si accede da un portone che da su una loggia privata, quindi l'ingresso è totalmente indipendente e privato. Tutte le
finestre danno sulla corte interna per questo motivo la casa è avvolta nel silenzio più assoluto.
La città di Siena è inaccessibile al traffico privato. Sarà nostra cura indicarvi il parcheggio più vicino e più conveniente
Varcata la corte si entra nell'appartamento da un portoncino in legno che da accesso tramite due gradini, ad un disimpegno: sulla sinistra si entra nella zona giorna, composta da un accogliente salotto dotato di un divano, un tavolo, cucinotto e tv. Il tutto arredato
in modo accogliente e moderno ma con il fascino di grandi travi in legno del 600. A destra si entra nei due bagni uno con vasca/doccia ed uno con doccia e lavatrice. Al piano di sopra
ci sono due camere matrimoniali . Anche qui antiche
travi del 600 coronano il tetto delle camere e danno all'ambiente un grande fascino toscano.
Deposito cauzionale euro 200 da pagare in contanti
riscaldamento se neccessario o richiesto euro 10 al giorno

ci sono due camere matrimoniali . Anche qui antiche
travi del 600 coronano il tetto delle camere e danno all'ambiente un grande fascino toscano.

This property was an excellent location for exploring all of Siena as well as other parts of Tuscany. A secure parking garage was arranged for us by the management company and they assisted usbwhen our scheduled rental car fell thru. In addition, they were extremely accessible to assist with scheduling activities and very responsive to questions.

We stayed for more than a week at this location and used it as homebase for our day trips to exploring Tuscany as a whole. Very nice owner, great property manager. Highly recommend.

Nice clean property in walking distance to most everything. Easy to communicate with. There are stairs involved so bring small suitcases!!

We have stayed in in Siena several times, this was our first time here and would happily return to this property. Although in the historic district, the flat is on a quiet street and we never heard neighbours. The flat was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and well organised. Because we were on a cycling holiday, we required ample secure space for gravel bikes, which there was. Loggine del Pignatello is excellent value for money. Francesca and the team at Best of Mas, were attentive hosts. We will definitely stay here again.

Of all the places we have stayed in Italy over the years, this was one of the best. Most amenities, kitchen spices, laundry, utensils etc. Very, very nice!

Right in old town. Easy walk to everything. Lots of shopping close by. A great grocery store to buy all you need to cook and have a night in. The place is spacious.

The location of the apartment was very convenient but a bit difficult to find. One of the managers met us at the apartment with his daughter who spoke a little English. I wish there would have been an instruction sheet for such things as garbage disposal, how to turn on the heat, a city map and check out instructions. The apartment could also use an upgrade on the coffee maker. Overall the apartment was very clean and cozy. We spent most of our time out in Siena or on other trips. You could hear the neighbors taking but by 10:00 pm, it was very quiet. Overall, a great stay.

Great location. Kind and communicative management. Easy in and out. Quiet and lovely in the evening and in the mornings. Comfortable beds, two decent showers and a nice dining room table. We did no cooking, everything is in walking distance.

Great choice for Siena
This apartment is large, very comfortable .The kitchen, though small, was very well organized and filled with all one could need. We were pleased to find good lighting and comfortable couches as we enjoy reading in the evening. The location is excellent - in easy walking distance to the historic sites and good restaurants.

Sienna retreat
Nice apartment. Comfortable. Has what you need. Bathrooms on different floor than bedrooms only draw back. Very clean and Franchesca was amazingly helpful. Parking outside the walls worked well. Overall very pleased.

Would happily return
The property is perfect. Just off the Main Street to the Campo but those few meters make all the difference to the tranquility of the property - as does the little courtyard by which you access it. Very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Francesca could not have been more helpful and even accommodated a slightly early entrance to the property. Would recommend this property very highly.

Great place, fantastic host!
This is a fabulous place. Excellent location, well appointed. Very clean and quiet and located near all of the great sites in the old city. Francesca is fabulous. She is incredibly helpful, communicative, and kind. She gave us all sorts of terrific tips. We also rented a car from her for the day, which was fabulous. Again she gave us all sorts of terrific tips of where to go, and if you want she can also set up tours for you. I would highly recommend renting this location and having Francesca help you with your time in Siena.

In the middle of siena
Zeer prettige woning. Zeer stil gelegen. En toch in het oude centrum van Siena. Zeer schoon. Goed uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt. Winkels, restaurants en alle highlights vlakbij. Zeer aardige en behulpzame gastvrouw. Als je Siena wilt zien ga naar dit adres.

Excellent house in a great location
We loved staying at Francesca's place. The house is huge with 2 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and big lounge room and kitchen. The only thing we found was that the shower was tiny, but that it quite typical for Italy I think. Francesca gave us lots of helpful tips for Siena and Palio and was kind enough to let us have a late check out as our bus didn't leave until late afternoon.

Ruhige Idylle im Zentrum von Siena
Stilvoll renovierte und eingerichtete Wohnung auf zwei Etagen, sehr ruhige Lage, angenehm kühl an warmen Tagen, bequeme Betten, großes Wohnzimmer. Und vor allem: sehr herzliche und bemühte Vermieterin mit vielen guten Tips. Die von ihr angebotene und durchgeführte Weinprobe in der Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Locale centralissimo a pochi passi dal cuore della citta', accoglienza squisita.

The apartment was lovely and spacious and had everything you could need. Located about 5 mins walk from Piazza del Campo and 15 min walk from train station. Francesca and Silvia were the perfect hosts. Always on hand and contactable any time. We booked Francesco (Francesca’s husband) as our driver for airport transfers and to drop us in San Gimignano. Francesca and Silvia were there to welcome us on our arrival and was an absolute pleasure to deal with, always able to give advice on everything and has a great knowledge of the area. The apartment is amazing and so peaceful!. We had an absolutely fabulous time and thank you Francesca for being a great host and thank you Silvia for letting us stay in this great place!

Grosszügige Wohnung im ruhigen Wohngebiet von Ravacciano. Ideal für zwei Personen, da 2x gleichgrosse Zimmer und Bad. Mit Bus bis Innenstadt möglich. Zu Fuss ca. 15 Minuten.
Ausstattung der Küchenutensilien (Schwingbesen, Sparschäler, Weinöffner fehlten) eher dürftig. Ansonsten haben alle Küchengeräte sowie Waschmaschine funktioniert. Grosse und gute Betten. Gute Betreuung durch Vermieter.
