I was not provided with the room that I had booked for. Instead they have provided smaller room and doesn't even bother to inform theii cutomer beforehand.

You guys are really worst at your work . You directly booked a room without the property being notified. They did not have rooms. They fitted 5 ppl later I a suite room This is not done from oyo's end. You never recheck with hotel and directly send a confirmation to the customer that the room is booked. Very unfair and worst service from Oyo. I paid same amount and my parents had to stay without a bed and in same room. What is the point of us booking so much in advance. Worst service from oyo.i will stop booking via Oyo and rather go with an Airbnb or contact properties for stay directly.

I don't prefer this hotel for stay 1. Internet was not good 2. Reception will not recieve the Call 3. Every day we need to inform to recharge the TV( stayed almost 4 day in that they have recharged for 1 day). 4. Hygiene of the room is very poor.(after the checkout of privious couples we checked in to day the room but we found hair and dirty bedspread).

I was given a room with all necessary amenities after a quick check-in process. Room was well kept. View from the bug window in the room was refreshing. Hotel staff was extremely helpful. Hotel was easily accessible by public transport too.

The facility was neat - hot water was available early in the morning.

The AC is directly over the head - ideally it should be on the side. Because occisionally, may be a couple of times. noticed water drops from the AC over me.
