Bath towels were not in room on arrival

It was close to the beach and nightlife, restaurants. The pool area was beautiful but the water a bit too cool for me.

The rooms were very small and cramped. The air conditioning unit made too much noise so I ended up turning it off. The ceiling fan clicked each time it turned around so I turned that off as well. It was warm without these two cooling options.

Más de la mitad del personal no habla español. Antes de contratar avise q llegaba hs 7.30 AM. Para poder ingresar lo antes posible, por viaje largo, y contrate una de las mejores habitaciones. No tuvieron ninguna gentileza para conmigo, es más me dormí de sentado esperando y me dijeron q me vaya a otro lado. Les dije q me dieran cualquier habitación pero segu ellos estaba completo. Recién pude ingresar según ellos de favor hs 14.00. Recuerdo q el cheek out era a hs 11.00. Es mas vi gente q se fue desde muy temprano.

- The room, the hotel, and everything around is clean. - The staff was accommodating and friendly even when we checked in at 2 a.m. - The great location, just beside the Espanola Way. However, the room was completely quiet. - Nice bathroom amenities

- The minibar isn't complimentary. We don't have any water bottles during our stay. - The pool is too small. - The umbrella at the beach is quite expensive. 32$ per day. They provide only chairs and towels. - The room is small, but you can put the luggage under the bed. - Limited breakfast menu and didn't change daily during our stay. - Iron is available upon request at the reception.

Excellent location, beautiful rooms and comfortable beds.

Very limited options for breakfast. There was no security for the entrance into our building, anyone without a keycard could get access into the building.

Cannot fault a single thing! Location was excellent and the room was beautiful. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. After making an error with my booking they were so helpful in resolving the issue which was entirely my fault. I will definitely be returning!
