We booked this stay for seven of us attending a conference. During the week we stayed there only one person had a hot shower that lasted her whole shower. Otherwise we waited with the water running for 20+ minutes, just for it to turn lukewarm again after five or ten minutes into the shower. We would stay here again if they buy a new water heater. We also specifically booked our place for the seven separate beds and one of them ended up being badly broken! The 'fix' Roami put in did NOT make the bed useable and two of us had to share a bed. They also were completely booked out the night we arrived and had run out of linens, so we didn't all have towels, sheets and pillow cases until we got the manager on the phone and he came down. They did refund us one night for the hassle but I would rather not have the hassle in the first place!! If you are coming to New Orleans, please do your research. It is one of the most dangerous cities in the US and not safe to be outside at night alone (especially as a young female). The location is far enough from the touristy districts that we stayed in groups when walking or ubered/taxi'ed there. We would not recommend staying here if you are not going to a conference.

Bachelorette trip. 8 girls. Just as advertised. Plenty of room. Stay was perfect!

Main floor unit. Walk one block to convention center. Walk to French quarter. 7 women and we each had our own bed. The trundle pulls all the way out and can be placed away from the single top bed for ease of getting in and out of bed. comfortable beds. Fabulous bathroom with huge counter, mirrors, sinks, outlets and 2 shower rooms. Nice decor. The rooftop was grear but it ws really cold the week we were there. Could use some towel hooks and maybe some shower stools for shaving. Communication was great once I got the right number. Able to get into the linen closet for extra items when needed. Had a great time and will be coming back again!

Everything was exactly as advertised - modern, large, and easy! The place was beautiful and communication was timely. Can't believe how affordable the stay was considering everything that was included. I will definitely be staying here again!

Great location! It was walkable to warehouse district and a super short drive to the quarter. We never had trouble finding street parking near the building. The actual unit was clean and comfortable. Everyone in our party commented how comfortable the beds were. I was pleasantly surprised to find so much staff on hand. There was always the video concierge (they are always helpful) and super friendly staff on site. We were a group a women and we always felt safe. Thank you for a great stay! We will stay at Sextant again!

Recently stayed here for my bachelorette weekend, and it couldn't have been more perfect! A great layout! The bathroom was perfect of a group of girls to hang out and get ready in!
