割と安めの価格で、お風呂が付いていた。フロントの人は丁寧だけど少し気さくでフレンドリーな感じ。朝食バイキングに明石名物があった。
子供づれだったのですが、朝食にウインナーとか果物とか、子供がすきそうな定番メニューが無かった。部屋が少し狭く感じた。部屋の鍵ど風呂場の鍵？の交換は面倒くさい。

朝食が少しずつの小鉢スタイルになってるところは良かったですね。
ただ、仕方がないのですが、あまりテーブルがあるわけではないので、ちょっとしたグループが入ってくると少数の人にとってはいづらい空間になります。なので、食堂とロビーの間のガラスの仕切りをやめて閉鎖的な雰囲気をなくした方が良いかと思いますね。

駅から近く、明石のフェリー乗り場から近い。
近隣に飲食店やコンビニエンスストアなどが歩いてすぐのところにあり非常に便利。

Location is good. It is near to the railway station and the ferry to Iwaya Port, Awaji.
It is a good experience taking the ferry travelling under the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge.
The reception counter is not operating from 10am to 3pm. Only a local phone number is left on the desk. However, I don't have a roaming telephone service and cannot call them from my phone. Luckily the other staffs working in the canteen is kindly to help me to call so that I can leave my luggage there till the check-in time. Many thanks to them.
The English level of the staffs is a bit limited.

Modern business hotel, close to the station, nice restaurants in the direct vicinity. Sound proof window. On the third florr, I could barely hear the street. Free drinks in the lobby 24h a day.

The building itself seems fairly new, so I didn't have to worry about things like the TV, bathroom, air conditioner, etc. The drink bar was nice.
A lot of little things. The shower curtains were dirty with mold. While the drink bar was nice, it was also a bit inconvenient. The cups were so small. I can go down 8 floors for a drink and then I've finished it in one minute. Typical hotels offering a bottle of water is more useful. The curtains in the room were so short that light immediately came into the room at sunrise around 4-5 in the morning.

it is close to the nearest JR station and you can access it without umbrella.And staff were full replaced since last year,their behavior is very professional and polite.Big change from last time that I stayed last year around March 2021.
