Excellent hotel in San Martin de Los Andes. The hotel entrance and common areas are super nice, the room was big and comfortable, the bed was huge and the room had good ventilation, the location is as central as it gets, the staff was super welcoming, friendly and helpful. Honestly, if I return to San Matin, I'll probably stay here.

The location is excellent, within walking distance to everything. The staff were very friendly, especially Gabby at the front desk. There are good restaurants steps away.

Despite we stayed only one night in this property, it was not to our expectations. We received a tiny room - beware they have different sizes of the rooms which are still shown during the booking as the same level. Ours was just so small that two of us could not move around without getting on the bed. It was cold despite it was not freezing outside. The parking is not available, but on the street as they have parking space only for two cars, so some parked the car at the entrance to the hotel. The amenities in the room are poor. The breakfast was one of the worst we had in Argentina where in general the breakfast is not good, but this one was worse than most we had seen. We will not be recommending this place.
