I stayed here to recover after having surgery and I liked that it was close to my surgery center. it was quiet and the host answered every question I had. The cleaning staff were so nice and they went above & beyond to make sure the house was clean and everything we asked for taken care of.
the sleeper sofa mentioned in the listing looked really old and dirty. We ended up buying an air mattress to use.

Location was good for what I needed. Owner answered pretty fast to my requests.
One guy opened my door slowly, like checking to see if there was someone, and yes I was there… surprise. I mean, if it was an accident then why he opened the door like that. Also the property is very old and it shows. No upgrades at all. Mattress was very uncomfortable (too soft, no support). Ended up with lower back pain.

Our stay at Sergio's property was very good! The property is very close to anything you need and the house is quiet and lovely. we didn't spend too much time inside as we were mostly busy visiting the city but we would have loved to chill in the patio outside, it looked lovely. Also there was a machine to make coffee downstairs free to use and the air conditioning did help through the Miami heat!

is more an air Bnb style room within someone’s house, walk through the families sitting room and past their kitchen to go upstairs to your room, can hear/see them. but uncomfortable like you’re invading someone’s home

I loved the personal space That you have while staying here.I also like the fact that everything was clean and in place. It was really quiet I like that too.
The only suggestion that I would have is the temperature in the house was a little warm but once I spoke with them about it they adjusted it for me. I didn’t realize I will be sharing a bathroom with everybody else but it was kept clean so that works perfect for me!

Very nice place quiet.. QUITE HOUSE BEAUTIFUL!!!!! outside street so calm place! its free parking near location. SO AWESOME!! I hope i go again there same place on future.

It’s okay if you have a group of friends and y’all all rent out the whole house it’s worth it a little but not with a whole house of strangers.
It was a big house with just rooms, Not an apartment. Shared two bathrooms with 5+ rooms was told it was a apartment which I needed for surgery but they told me I couldn’t get a refund even though they lied so I just stayed, and parking was to much because it was hard to find a spot.

Everything, it was a very good experience. Just a tip to the owner, during the night the house got very hot and we were not able to chance the heat, which is very understandable, what I suggest is to leave maybe a little fan inside of the room. But other than this fact was very good experience.

I gave this facility 5 because the location is very convenient and the house itself has a character.
Parking is very hard to find in the neighborhood but not impossible. YOU ARE SHARING A BATHROOM with two other rooms. Not sure if they mention this anywhere. And is not the cleanest nor most maintained airbnb I’ve been in.
The bathroom was dirty. The room wasn’t spot clean either but it was doable. The owner needs to maintain the place better: closet door was broken, window blinds were broken.

Broken closet door and off the rail. The window shade was open and broken. We could not close it. Freezer was completely closed with ice. Very small bathroom that was share with two other rooms. No a/c control on room or house. The thermostat was set to 76. If you like cooler, or warmer, out of luck

The host was very great at communicating to me and giving great instructions. The stay was in an excellent location close to Calle Ocho and Little Havanna. The price of as very cheap and quite a deal.
It was very warm in the house and room. It would have been nice to adjust the a/c as we pleased. Perhaps having a ceiling fan or portable fan would help alleviate this problem.

They sold me a dream small one bathroom just sucked I would not tell anyone about that place

We were looking for an accommodation near airport but not to far away from the city for our first days after a long long flight. The best thing were the really comfortable mattresses so we had a good sleep in a quiet and nice neighbourhood. Public transport is nearby. Thank you Sergio and Family for the quickly conversation too. Everything were good and easy.
We have always a few problems with central air conditioning that we couldn’t managing by our own 😉
