Apartment was good size. Comfy sofa. Enough cooking utensils if you so wish to cook. Access right out to pool area with lovely mature gardens. Had a lovely relaxing stay and will definitely come back again. One suggestion would be a welcome folder telling you about the area and restaurants to visit etc. Beach just a few minutes walk away…..lovely

Nothing really, only 1 small thing front door lock needs replacing - no problem once you suss out to pull door towards you as you try to unlock to get in. Didn’t want to leave!!!

Apartment was well prepared and extremely clean. Communication with the owner was exceptional.

It was very clean & tidy. Very spacious. Great comfy sofa & bed. All very well equipped throughout. The grounds were very peaceful & tidy. The host Diego was very good at responding to any queries.

Nothing - although when the sun wasn’t out it was a little chilly inside the apartment- maybe a small heater would be a welcome addition for the Winter months.

Everything - the owners are fab, location is central, the Apartment has everything you need for a great stay. Would absolutely recommend and hope to return

We have stayed at casa verde a few times. We love this complex. It’s very quiet, mostly residential. Most people around the pool was eight people. Perfect for us. .

The bed wasn’t very comfortable,very small, plus there is lamppost 2feet outside the bedroom window.

Everything was absolutely fabulous. The house is very well placed within Costa Teguise, it is very clean, freshly renovated and there is everything that you would need for a one week stay as we did, or more. We enjoyed all meals, snacks and aperitifs at the ground floor veranda, at 2 steps from the swimming pool. The 9 year old adored the big screen and the channels. The owner was very very kind, helpful and easy to communicate. It is definitely a value for money. We will book this place again when going back to the island.
