We really loved our stay at Tara’s home in Mammoth Lakes. Tara was a wonderful host- responsive, helpful, and kind. We came for our annual friends and family trip to Mammoth and had 8 adults as well as 4 kids all 3 and under. The house was well appointed for space and privacy. Plus there were two laundry machines and two dryers so doing laundry was a breeze. The house is extremely well stocked- ample pots and pans for anything you would want to cook, ample towels, toilet paper, and paper towels and dish soap. So many other places we have stayed only provide one roll, but Tara’s house had several for us to go through in the 10 or so days we were there. That was a really nice touch. Fans in every room and humidifiers too- it gets so dry in Mammoth and it was so nice to have those handy for dryer and warmer days. The location of the home is wonderful- close to downtown Mammoth and the drive up to the Lakes, which was a daily trip we took to do hikes and play in the water. The one thing I would recommend is just a dusting of the blinds and also a thorough cleaning of the grill. We grilled a few nights and the first night we called the fire dept because there were some huge flames coming from the gas grill that we were not sure we could get down. It ended up calming down after a while but it was definitely a bit scary! The house did have a fire extinguisher. Overall we would stay here again definitely! A wonderful trip at a lovely spacious home.

This was a great location for our 4 families with a total of 7 kids under 10. Everything was as advertised, it was well-stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms, and the double washer/dryer were a bonus. We loved the location and took nightly walks on the... nice green grassy area... nearby. Tara was very communicative and was very amenable to our asks. Highly recommend!

We just got home from an fabulous 4-night stay in this amazing Mammoth Mountain vacation home. We had both sunny skies and blizzard conditions on this ski trip and whether on the slopes or cozying up and enjoying playing games in front of the fireplace, we were all in mountain living heaven here. The house was a short ride to Eagle Lodge via the Green Line bus which was just around the corner, making trips to and from the lifts super easy. This house was large and spacious and incredibly well appointed, both in styling and functionality in every way. We cooked all meals in while there and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had a large group of extended family from age 5 to 78 and there was plenty of beds and space for everyone. A few things required contacting our host, Tara, and she was prompt in response, friendly and accommodating. We all want to come back again next year and we give this beautiful mountain home and it's friendly owner 4 stars. ****

We loved out stay at the cabin. Perfect location and will defiantly go again.

We lucked out with this property. Great communication with the owner. The pilot balloon blew out on the fireplace and they had a service man fix it the next day. Great amenities. We also lucked out with the weather! Kids were able to sled next to golf course. Shuttle to Eagle Lodge literal steps from the property. Would stay in this beautiful house again.

We spent Christmas with adult children and grandchildren and had a wonderful time. The home is spacious, beautifully decorated, and maintained. Tara responded quickly to questions. Our grandchildren loved sledding at the end of the cul-de-sac and enjoyed numerous provided games. Highly recommend.

This spacious and well equipped condo fit two families easily and provided easy access to all of Mammoth’s activities. We loved the hot tub too! Big fans!

Wonderful property - well equipped kitchen with quality cookware and utensils. Large dining room table for dinner as a group and board games into the evening. The middle floor had plenty of space to stretch out after a day on the slopes. Bus stop was right outside the front door and only 2 stops to get to the eagle lift. Very convenient! Beds were comfy and warm - plenty of cabinets, drawers for your clothes and gear. Hot tub was enjoyed several times! Fit our large group flawlessly - didnt feel crammed into this place at all. Would recommend and be back.

Beautiful townhome with all the amenities for our family of 8 adults and 2 teens. Owner, Tara, was accessible and quick to help with a few adjustments that were needed to make our stay comfortable. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Our experience was great, we ended up staying a extra night. Tara was very easy to communicate with and very responsive when messaged. The home is beautiful and in a great location.

Great property for our 3 families (6 adults and 6 kids) Really close to skiing and the town Parking for 4 cars ( 2 in garage ) Combination of rooms and bathrooms worked perfectly Communication with the owner was very efficient and any extra thing required was dealt with quickly. The owner was super helpful with advice for our trip from the UK.

The property fit all our needs close to downtown, easy access in and out. Well suited for our 4 generations of family taking our annual fishing trip. The kids loved the shuffle board bowling game.

We had an amazing time at this gorgeous condo! It was immaculate and beautifully furnished, kitchen fully stocked and plenty of towels for all 10 of us. There was plenty of room for everyone. We were there with one other family, so having the 2 master bedrooms, both with king beds and their own bathrooms, was perfect for each couple! Two teenagers each had their own bedrooms and the younger kids slept in the loft and in the den on the bunkbeds. There were even games for the kids to play in the den. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were luxuriously soft. The owner, Tara, was terrific; very responsive! At one point, the jacuzzi control panel seemed to be locked so we couldn't turn on the jets (although it was still hot). I emailed her, and within 5 minutes, we received a call from the pool service man, telling us exactly how to unlock the panel and start the jets! The private jacuzzi was AMAZING after long days on the slopes. We knew of other families there, staying in condos where they had communal jacuzzis that were closed due to Covid. We definitely felt fortunate to have a private one on our deck. We also made great use of the bbq/grill on the top deck. We can't wait to stay in this condo again. We've been coming to Mammoth for over 20 years, and this was, by far, the best place we have ever stayed at. Thanks Tara; we'll be back!

Tara was a responsive host and the property was great as described. I would recommend this property. A heads up for large groups, we did experience some internet connection challenges. There is a limit to the number of concurrent connections and there were a few instances where we've had to reset our connection to gain access. (Our group was 14)
