the room cleaning by new Asiatic staff is very poor,.. also the bathrobe broken, or the garbage bin is not collected,. the bad sheets is unproperly arrange for 4 star hotel The towels is unproperly arrange for this 4 star hotel. The price is higher that other 4 star hotel in Europe, and the cleaning service are very bad.

When we arrived, the lady at the reception told us, that we have an upgrade, and our room will be in the Aurelius Hotel. We loved our room and the facilities of the hotel. Everything was clean and tidy. When we let the housekeeping ladies to tidy up the room, they did very well. The room service was excellent too. The spa was great. After a long trip day outside, we enjoyed the swimming pools and the sauna at the evening.

It wasn't a big issue, but some guests were too noisy, although it's not the hotel's fault. During our stay we woke up 2 times in the night. We heard that some people with children they spoke very loudly at the corridor, and they shut their door multiple times. The other night, some people spoke and laughed loudly.

renovation should be done 10 years ago, everything is so tired (we had Lux with 3 rooms) cleaning is very poor (dirty towels, bad smelling) noisy neighbors (run in the corridors and schaut)

The place was very clean, the room was really big and you could find everything you needed. We really liked the spa.

Location and all the included facilities from Aurelius hotel. Good breakfast, Nice pool and SPA, kids playground.

In case of Miorita villa, very poor quality room. Huge spase initially not wormed, filthy/horible curtains, no drapery for shade, torn quilt, phone not working, tv not working properly, some ventilation big noise in the morning starting 7.30(probably from the breakfast kitchen) entrence into the villa very narrow and blocked by 2 bicycles (like the entrance into some basement). Huge costs for bad quality rooms.

I liked the central location, the buffet breakfast and the spa. A good thing: it is part of Aurelius Hotel so you have acces at everything any hotel guest has.

I think it is overpriced and in much need of a renovation, the spa and the rooms. Everything has visible signs of wear and tear. For the price point and the 4 stars it is supposed to have it is not acceptable. Also a lot of rooms do not have a view at all, just a building in front.

Employees were super nice and hotel was very nicely decorated. We spent our babymoon there and we received an upgrade to a hotel room, which was great! Spa was really big and relaxing. Breakfast was also really good. In summer there's also a lift to go up the mountain and many nice restaurants in the area. There was also a bus to Brasov that we saw driving around a lot. Balcony was really nice and big with a view of the mountains (from the hotel room, not originally booked room in Vila Miorita).

Spa really needs some renovations, especially the white protection grids around the pools (especially hot tub outside). The hallway is quite loud when people are talking, especially in the evening.

The spa area is great, the best part of this hotel. The staff was nice and understanding. They offered us a free room upgrade when we mentioned there was broken furniture in our room. The breakfast food was good too.

This hotel genuinely feels like it hasn't been taken care of in the past 20 years. It's very unfortunate, but in our first room we found a broken chair and couch. It's also not very clean, there are carpet stains everywhere. The radiators/heaters were also dirty and I didn't feel comfortable putting my clothes to dry on them. The furniture feels old and uncomfortable, the bed squeaks so loud that i couldn't get up in the night without waking my partner up. There are also no mosquito nets on the windows so we had lots of bugs fly into our room. This hotel is not worth it at all and it's very sad to see it in this condition, the outside is very beautiful with the lake but the inside is lacking. I'm pretty convinced that they buy reviews or something as most of their high reviews are worded the same. Also the breakfast isn't "excellent" like booking says, it's just fine.

The swimming pools were the catch for us. They were the main reason we chose the hotel. The hotel structure and design is very regal-like, gives you the impression that you're staying in a Renaissance castle. The breakfast was exceptional, above expectations, much improved from the last time we came. We were upgraded which was very kind of them and I must say the receptionist was very professional.

A bit expensive but I suppose it depends on what you're looking for.

Very big rooms, nice decoration and very clean. Very good breakfast.

The bedroom is upstairs, so is the warmest place in the room, but in July this is a disadvantage. With no AC, we opened the windows but some flies and a wasp got inside. Beside the high temperature in the room, which we may understand (even if we didn't sleep well because of it), in saturday there was a party. The sound was acceptable until 3 a.m. when they start to make it louder for an hour 🙄 I mention that in the booking confirmation was specified that no parties/events are allowed. "No events/parties" was one of the main reasons we chose to make a booking here.

Very comfortable hotel. Spa facilities are excellent an the treatments very reasonable. The front desk and spa staff were all friendly. The breakfast is huge - plenty to choose from and good coffee! Dinner in the restaurant was very good Our room was a suite - Miorita, which was huge and had a large communal lounge are - which we used a lot as most of the bars and restaurants closed by 9/10pm! Very good value for money and location is perfect.

Allowing children in the indoor jacuzzi (which is very small!) should be re thought - over 14 years only is usual. The restaurant we dined in once and it was very good food and wine but we had no local currency, having arrived very late the previous day and were therefore unable to leave a tip. Our waiter shouted after us 'where's my tip?' which we thought was very rude. We had intended to go back with some money but the same individual also made similar comments to a member of our party later on, so we decided not to due to his attitude. And the hotel bar?? was not there! instead there was a children's play area? It is unusual for a hotel of that size not to have a bar. Be warned - the bedrooms in Miorita are open plan style so you have no real privacy at all. There are 2 mezzanine areas with beds and all connect to each other! It's not ideal but we had no other options.
