Fácil aparcamiento alrededor

Cama muy incomoda. Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación porque la primera la bañera estaba oxidada. No te dejan utensilios para fregar pero te VENDEN un kit preparadito en su supermercado. Solo una dosis de gel y champú en toda la estancia de 5 días. Muy luminosa, sobretodo de noche. No hay manera de bloquear la entrada de luz. En los años 70 y 80 sería un resort. En pleno 2023 se ha quedado muy lejos de ser un resort de 4 estrellas...

El complejo es muy grande, con muchas piscinas, con un súper… muy completo. Y el apartamento una maravilla, equipado con todo tipo de cosas. Pero sin duda lo que más me gusto fue el trato de una chica de la recepción rubia, que pena no saber su nombre. Nos trato a mi bebé y a mi con muchísimo cariño, acompañándonos al apartamento, ayudándome con la maleta… encantadora

Es ist alles extrem veraltet, eine Renovierung wäre notwendig.

Location and The Lido bar/restaurant was very nice, with an excellent location.

Location was good. The late check out was also good as we had a late flight. This was a last minute booking so we were grateful.

The apartment was a decent size with roomy patio opposite a pool. The complex is really spread out and although busy it felt spacious, plenty of pools to choose from or the beach area. The house keeping team were lovely and our apartment was cleaned daily, with fresh towels every day. Basic kitchen equipment, however we had a George Foreman grill which was great for toasties! We were half board as we had little ones with us and it suited our needs as we didn't want to go out every night. Breakfast was good with usual buffet and plenty of options...Evening meal buffet also, enough to choose from but got abit repetitive... Small shop on site for basics, lovely fresh baguettes daily, Hiperdino supermarket along the road to the left. We stayed here many years ago and yes, it has seen better days but we had a lovely holiday....if you have high expectations this is probably not right for you....

Lack of sunbeds around the pools was a real issue and those that were there were in a pretty sorry way. Location is out of the resort so a fair walk to nearest places to eat and shops... There are really steep slopes around the complex next to all the steps to aid pushchairs/cases/wheelchairs but they are treacherous, so easy to slip....we ended up walking all the way around the outside of the complex just to avoid using them with the pushchairs. Not good if you have mobility issues.... There was nothing to do in the evening here, the bar was closed the whole time we were there, which for July was a surprise....shame as it looked really nice....

dated, absolutely nothing in the apartment at all . cupboards hanging off,no headboard. really shocking. a travel agent booked for us . actually never stayed anywhere as poor. sadly the desk staff manager couldn’t give a monkeys. good luck if you’re going to stay, literally bring everything as there is nothing in the apartment. oh and you will have to sleep on a pull down couch in the kitchen. crazy. and fair money…..

Location.

Rooms were ridiculously outdated. Everything was orange pine from 1975 and was mismatched, dented or broke!! Appliances were yellow with age. Bed had a 4 inch mattress thats best suited to a cell! Sofa beds mattress died in 1976!! They have the cheek to charge extra for WiFi!! 2 pools outside my room were being refurbished, and the hotel never mentioned it. I have no idea how they can be classed as 4 star!! Rooms are absolutely rubbish! There was no hot water in my room. Tried to get hot water between 7am and 9am but then I needed to leave.

There was a misunderstanding about the kind of apartment we had booked. The receptionist, however, did his best to sort everything out. As a result to the error in the booking system, we were offered a better quality apartment but didn´t have to pay any extra money. The accommodation was decent and we liked the area of the resort. The kitchen was partly equipped, which we found helpful.

There was no liquid and other necessary products for washing up. For a short-term stay, it´s rather inconvenient to buy the whole set.
