The view are exceptional during sunrise
No wifi :( but the coverage are okay here so not an issue

The apartment is in the middle of a construction site it's not ready for rental we didn't even spend a night checked out a expensive mistake

The advertisement price and actual price very different, just like scam, actual price before payment is double up after payment, then security deposit just mention after payment. Owner very stingy, not allowed use washing machine/dryer even he have that facility. Bath soap also very cheap, just like hand soap. The carpet is very dirty. View is only construction and bald hills.

the location is so strategic nearby the boh tea plantation
im really dissapointed about the view through out the window, just a construction view and a noisy sound, there is no sunrise view at my room overalll except the room view is 9/10

View from aprtment is beutiful as we are facing east. Morning sun direct into Master.
Its as per requested.
We’ve got a floor , which is ok.
Location a little bit tricky to find as there is an on going construction going on.
No visible signage from the junction to home stay.
Neighbours noise can heard .

The unit was clean and spacious. Despite the misleading room layout given by Booking.com, the owner was helpful in managing our expectation and other matters. The location was good
On going construction around the stay was kind of a setback.
The units around ours was too noisy at odd hours, the owner may limit the time of checking in/out to avoid disturbing others. The unit seems to have thin walls, making any noise or sound to be heard clearly

Some items need to be replaced, kitchen stuff basically. Tear and wear issue, no big deal.

clean, owner provides slippers which are super useful for cameron weather. location wise is good. can start your day from sg palas down to tanah rata to avoid traffic jammed. can go down from tapah .
owner provides dryer without washing machine ( not sure what the purpose is) no complimentary soap in the bath . no mirror for touch up , no microwave for heating up foods . house clean but cleaner area just beside the sink got birds poop .

choose this homestay because it's the nearest to the Sg Palas Boh Tea Center, so can arrive there breakfast early don't need to rush or stuck in traffic jam if stay at Brinchang or Tanah Rata.
Easy to find food just drive less 5 minutes to 7-11, Mynews, Domino's Pizza, OldTown White Coffee, Mr Diy and other shops/restaurants.
