Power didn't work properly..it was faulty the whole trip.

House is spacious and clean

Not my first time at Zebula but this time around had a terrible experience, pool was filthy and moldy,reported and the guy attended to clean but it was an impossible task, there is no wifi, Dstv did not work all weekend. Even though I checked in online as per their email I had to redo the whole process at reception. Did not receive a pin code to access the property was lucky to have booked for golf so was able to enter. Have still not received deposit back and this is day 8 post check out.The house we stayed in does not appear in any of the pictures where I booked. My daughter had a terrible weekend with no TV.

The houses are beautiful. Lots of activities and a great way to spend time with family

We were double booked. We had to drive around for over an hour back and forth from the reception to the house they double booked us for. When they finally got us an alternative house, it was a house for 8 people whereas we had booked for 10 so we ended up having to sleep on the couch (not a sleeper). The house also looked as though it was for storage purposes as there was laundry in the washing machine, food left in the fridge and cushions stacked on the side of the wall in the living room - just to name a few. Housekeeping woke us up in the morning, way before check out time.

water pressure of the showers & WiFi was working

the house was dirty, the mattress protectors had blood stains, the chairs outside were dirty, the stove was dirty, dishes were not clean,. the house is old with old appliances that doesn’t work properly

it was beautiful and spacious the house was so comfortable for the 10 of us we didn’t feel we were in each others space.

We were sent to a house we did not book. We were sent to x3 houses, the first obviously being what we did not book for where you have to go outside to get to the kitchen, the second was infested with cockroaches and dust which made my sinuses painful and my sister got ill and needed to be put on oxygen, the third we were given a key only to go there and find it occupied by a group of men. we only got to checkin at 1:30 am only to be moved to the final house on Saturday at 12pm. so essentially we paid for two nights and only got one night. The final house was ok

I loved the bush vibe , the few animals in the estate. Suited in a beautiful resort .

the fact that it had a generator , due to load shedding . but electricity kept on tripping every 5 minutes when we had to use the generator. it was totally unacceptable as we were a group of 12 people. we could not even have a proper bath on some days .

Beautiful facilities and great venue.

The premises were quite dirty and the service at the restaurant was very poor. Our towels didn't get changed either..

Make sure that evering is in working order like the showers and gasbraaier and kaggel

House was overall clean and serviced daily

House required much needed maintenance in kitchen area and outside deck. Basic kitchen utensils and cookware were missing. 2 kitchen basens were broken.

The place was spacious, rooms provided privacy & comfort.

Attention needed as pool was not as clean as required. Pool Cleaning equipment not in order to help with cleanliness of Pool.

The location

We made a booking using bookings.com and we booked a holiday home, upon our arrival at the home we discovered that there was one double bed and in the other room there were single beds. We then called reception to have this issue resolved and to request the WIFI Password. However, Joel at reception said the cleaning ladies had already knocked off and they’ll have this issue resolved in the morning as well as obtaining the WIFI Password. The next day the cleaning lady came by and she gave us a WIFI Password which was not connecting and she said she’ll ask her manager for it. We then left for town, hoping that everything will be resolved when we come back. However, to our surprise, the room was in a state. The beds were not made and the entire cottage was not cleaned. I then called reception and spoke to Lucy who said she’ll check-up with the cleaning ladies ad she came back to say the lades have already knocked off and she insists that the cottage was cleaned. Refilwe the manager then decided to come to our cottage and see if the cleaning lady was telling the truth and she found the cottage was not cleaned. Honestly, I am very saddened by this encounter after paying close to R10k this Is not the level of incompetence I really expected
