We reserved parking in advance and the staff was there to meet us and gave us the best spot. Impressed! Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Central location but quiet. Clean.

Great location and lovely staff!

It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and lovely food. The staff were also amazing, we were recommended fabulous restaurants to visit and the bar/waiting staff were also really friendly and very attentive!

The pool area did get quite busy and so at times there wasn’t always a sun lounger and despite the hotel saying no reservations for sunbeds people would still leave their towels on the beds for hours at a time when they would not be using them.

The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and the staff were efficient and friendly. We particularly liked Cristian who made the best café frappes at the bar area. The room was quiet and we were pleased to have chosen a room with a balcony which made a big difference, particularly on the one day that it was rainy. The hotel is well located, not far from the beach and the old town.

The pool area soon filled up - it would be impossible to find a sunbed in the summer period. The hotel needed someone to clean the surfaces more thoroughly around the pool and to manage the unacceptable behaviour of some guests who were constantly "bombing" into the pool.

The property was good, was just small details like the tv in the room didn’t work.

The staff were very useful and friendly. The place was modern, comfortable and quiet, and also baby friendly (we went with our 8 month old daughter). The location was good even though a little walk away from the beach. Food and drinks for lunch were also good with good prices. I liked they had vegetarian and vegan options. We would go back.

Sometimes people would put their possessions on the swimming pool launge all day even though they may have gone for lunch. As there were only 3 it meant not many people could use them.

Very friendly staff, very comfortable and cozy double room with beautiful view. 10 points of ten! Would like to come back here.
