Stunning location, very peaceful and quiet place, the rooms are very clean and the staff is great. The breakfast is very good.

The view was great, the jacuzzi was nice, the lodge has a unique design, the complex is lovely and the panda branding is super cool and fresh.

The shower leaked endlessly, not just the entire bathroom floor was covered in water, it leaked into the entire room - which has a marble floor. My daughter slipped due to that and we had to constantly request towels to soak up the water. After complaining endlessly nothing was done to fix the issue. In addition, the breakfast room had no windows, so the entire room was filled with smoke from the egg station. Hot dishes were served cold, salad was not fresh - very disappointing considering the high rate and expectations.
