Very well stocked and comfortable home! Three suites means everyone has their own bathroom! Our family had a blast. Only negative was that the hot tub didn’t work, but property management attempted to get it fixed.

The house was a great space for our teens and us to share space in the kitchen/dining/living area or out by the pool, and we each had our own bedroom and bath to relax and rest. Beach access in 2 blocks and within 5 - 10 minutes of almost all of the attractions.

Very good weekend with the family celebrating a birthday enjoyed every bit of it , rooms were clean, pool was clean , everything was nice .

My family and I enjoyed the comforts of this house! Beautiful decor and having your own pool is so awesome. The beach is walking distance so that is a BIG plus!

This house is absolutely beautiful. It was exactly as the pictures portrayed. Our family loved everything about our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pool was very refreshing. It was a true home away from home experience.

Of all the houses we've rented on South Padre, this was by far the most beautiful and comfortable of all. It was spotless inside and out. The pool was great. This was the first one that the hot tub actually worked. We will definitely be renting this one again next year.

This home really met above our expectations. Very clean, and up kept home. I only wished we had reserved the home for another day or two so we could have enjoyed it more. Great patio and pool space to relax from a long day at the beach. The 1st floor area is nice and open to enjoy with your company. I would highly recommend this home for small families. We also took our miniature schnauzer and was plenty enough room in the back for him. The house provided sand toys for the little ones, didn't have to buy or own. Beach access is walking distance plus there's a beach-side bar nearby for food and drinks. Will be looking to return to this house in the future. Thank you for letting us stay here.

This place was perfect! I was a little worried it might not be large enough, but it's much bigger than it looks in the photos. I loved the fact that all three bedrooms were upstairs so when the babies (or adults) were napping, we didn't have to be quiet. The landscaping was immaculate, the pool and patio were so very enjoyable. The home is beautifully remodeled and very comfortable. The surround sound was crazy! You'll need to watch a movie to get the full effect. And, it took us a while to figure it out, but the outside surround sound is just as good. You have to find it on your phone. There were no beach towels so you might want to pack those. We bought a wagon to take back and forth to the beach and left it there. Not sure if it will stay, but that's something to think about. The location is great! Short, easy walk to the beach and in the evening, a short walk out to the bay to see the sunsets (straight down the street). SPI Rentals were great to work with. We had a small issue with Wifi, but they came right out to get us up and going. This home was so perfect for our family of 8. We will definitely be renting 110 E Capricorn again.

The property was just as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. It is nice having a private pool and hot tub in the backyard in addition to being a 5 minute walk from the beach. The only reason I gave it a 4 star review is that they will require you to sign a separate contract, outside of the VRBO contract, and they will require that you send them photos on the front and back of your drivers license and credit card. Due to this, I will not rent again from SPI. There is no reason why they need photos of these cards. They should simply request to see them at check-in. You also have to download their own mobile app for all of the check in and property details. There is no reason why this can't all be handled within the VRBO app. Summary: great property but they seem to be careless with collecting so much personally identifiable information unnecessarily.

If I could give this vacation rental 10 stars, I would! This has become our go-to property, anytime we visit South Padre Island. The backyard in and of itself, makes it worth the trip. I love how it's also pet friendly as part of our morning ritual is to drink coffee on the porch, with our dog (who is also part of our family) while enjoying the little sanctuary of beautiful scenery; birds chirping as we watch the sun come out, deciding what we would like to do that day. I've never seen bluer skies in my life, or a more colorful landscape to compliment them. We love the little humming birds!! It's essentially paradise in our own backyard. The property is well maintained, and fully stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy a weeks long stay. (Full kitchen, Full Laundry Room, Coffee Maker, Dishes, Dishwasher, pots/pans, utensils, paper towels and toiletries, Washer/Dryer, soap, towels for showers, and best of all a fantastic pool with an outdoor shower, that comes with plenty of pool and beach toys for the kids!) Fun to swim at night, while we BBQ dinner on the propane grill. The pool has pretty lights that reflect onto the palm trees. The house is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach with plenty of shops & restaurants nearby. This property is a home away from home, for our family. We love it here, and cannot wait to come back!!

Fantastic rental house! Beautifully furnished, spacious rooms, excellent pool and hot tub as well as impeccable cleanliness. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was convenient as it was a 5 min walk to beach. Management company attended to any concern right away via text (no need to call). Highly recommend for a perfect vacation getaway!

This Home is in good location, is in excellent condition, visitor friendly with all essentials for your stay. Owners attention to the details for a visit will lead to an excellent and relaxed stay.

The house was gorgeous, has a fully loaded kitchen for a family that cooks & was VERY clean! I wish the host left more instructions for the spa and pool use as I had to call maintenance for help. You can only heat one or the other at a time and the pool never hit the 85 degrees as stated, after 9-10 hrs. The hot tub fit 6 adults and two kids (8 & 11) comfortably but the spa did turn off randomly so just monitor while warming up but it only takes 2 hrs. The propane bbq pit was small so don’t plan on grilling for a large group. Also, there isn’t a sleeper bed sofa downstairs that I planned on putting my niece & nephew on. It sleeps more like 2 small 2-4 yr old children so my nephew had to sleep on the floor. Also, one more detail worth noting, the queen bedroom bathroom has no door to the toilet which doesn’t allow much privacy if two people need to be in the bathroom at the same time.

Best rental property I’ve stayed at here on South Padre Island, very spacious, clean, & modern. Will definitely be rebooking here again in the near future.

It felt just like home. Very clean, organized, and felt comfortable to stay multiple nights there. My family and I enjoyed our stay so much and are looking forward to booking again in the near future!

The house was very clean it had everything we needed in the kitchen and the pool area was also nice. The bedrooms were awesome as well and overall our stay was great we enjoyed staying there. I recommend it and I will come back and stay at the same place if possible on my next visit.

Amazing place, we vaca in SPI every year in July as family and this place is the best place we have stayed in ...Family loved everything about this place..swimming pool, the layout , oh and best of all the balcony and the surround sound ...wow!

Excellent beach house for the family and fur babies. Highly recommend this home. Loved the pool area, yard and decks. Decor was on point and very comfortable. Close proximity to Pirates Landing to fish, close to beach, eateries and Blue Marlin Grocery store. Couple of opportunities were no instructions for the outdoor speakers, grill not working and ice machine was very noisy. We definitely will be staying here again.

We had an amazing time staying at this home for 9 nights. The house was so clean, the pool was fantastic and we enjoyed everything the house had to offer. The beds and pillows are so comfortable, we didn't want to leave. The pictures don't do justice of this home, its bigger in person and just beautiful. We will be staying again and making this our vacation rental for our future family vacations! Loved it!

Very clean, beautifully furnished home close to all the island action. Ample space for the whole family and bathrooms for everyone. Modern kitchen and dining space allows for meals to be prepared even on vacation. Front and back porch offer outdoor living at its finest. Only complaints: pool could have been a bit cleaner, and staircase is a bit dangerous.
