It was a nice place to stay and totally in line with expectations. Super convenient location, close to everything. Comfortable room and good breakfast. They also had a secure storage room for our bikes.

Location is great for travellers who wants to use the ferry. Train station is a few minutes away. Breakfast is simple but lot’s options for vegetarians and vegans. Staff was very friendly.

Price of the hotel is very expensive. The shower knob is complicated to operate. There is no exhaust inside the room because the windows were locked up.

Perfect location if you are taking a ferry on the harbour.

There are no sockets or light switches near the bed.

Location, near to port and also city center was pretty close, by foot just appreciate 1,5 km.

One room was ok, second one had bad air - stuffy.

Superb location, right on the waterfront. Excellent range of items for breakfast. Very good size suite. Sauna nice and new. All staff spoke good or fluent English - I'm afraid my Finnish only extends to "Hi" and "thanks."

Windows couldn't be opened, had to rely on air conditioning so a bit drying.

The location is excellent for catching the ferries.

The hotel clearly states "no air conditioning" which was honest. What they did not state was there's also very little in the way of ventilation and the window was sealed shut so you could not even open it for fresh air. Ended up staying awake for an hour in the middle of the night keeping the room door open to the corridor in order to let the air in the room refresh...

Really enjoyed this stay. Great location right next to ferry loading so easy to be on time. Only a few blocks walk to castle. Relaxed and comfortable hotel. Good room windows for light and privacy despite parking lots. Had a very good smoked salmon salad at restaurant. Excellent breakfast.

the check in was very smooth and everything was just as i expected.

The hotel is ideally positioned in the port of Turku and the railway station. Is it very quiet. The welcome was fantastic and very friendly despite our late arrival by car from the port of Naantali. The room was exceptional and the breakfast in the morning just incredibly extra.

Good breakfast, good location for travelers by ferry or people who like to walk to center. Not far from center by car, close to Turku castle. Cheapest options in the city. Own parking for the guests.

Weak ventilation, bathrooms and rooms needed some renovation.
