Absolutely amazing monumental buffet breakfast. Very helpful receptionist when I fell and needed a medical clinic.

Access to my room was not straightforward but once I had mastered it it was fine.

Je pense que ceci est le seul hôtel en Finlande à ne pas servir le ‘munavoi’ aves le ‘riisipirakkas’ pour le petit déjeuner!

The breakfast was fine.

The room had a king sized bed and there was too much furniture jammed into the room. I could hardly walk between the bed and the wall on the one side. There was no room to open a suitcase on the floor. The shower was also too large for the bathroom. The shower butts up against the counter, blocking access to half the countertop space. The room finishes appear to be new and clean. The hotel has parking 2 blocks away on the 4th level of the parking deck, however the elevator was broken. There is no temporary pull over area in front of the hotel, requiring that you block a lane of traffic to unload your car.

Sehr schönes Stadthotel in Turku. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer (wir hatten die etwas größere Kategorie gebucht). Gemütlich und alles vorhanden. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Wir waren auch am Abend beim Essen im Restaurant Gunnar, war auch gut. Auch ein Gym gab es.

Eigentlich nicht wirklich etwas zu bemängeln, es war etwas eng am Frühstücksbuffet (viele Leute, enger Raum).

Huone oli ihana ja tilava, aamiainen erinomainen, henkilökunta loustava.

The staff was absolutely excellent, everyone of them! They even let me check in a little earlier which was great because I had a long travel day. The room was gorgeous and super clean. The shower was great as well as the soap, shampoo, ect. they provided. The location was perfect! I was able to walk to the hotel from the main train station easily, and also walk to many places of interest. I walked to Logomo to see a concert and felt absolutely safe walking back to the hotel by myself, as a solo female traveler. I would 100% recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying here again. I go to the beautiful country of Finland every year, it's a breath of fresh air! Oh, and the breakfast was excellent! And I'm a picky eater!

There was nothing I did not like. My stay was perfect.
