There was a damp aroma in the Villa

•The region was very humid but where we stayed in this lovely villa, we were able to breathe and enjoy our holiday relaxed by the poolside. • Lucciano was a great host, welcomed us and for my husbands birthday brought a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine. Any requests we had,he was very attentive and brought extra nicely cushioned pillows, new glasses. • The house was clean and it is a great place to have fun and enjoy as a family. We really enjoyed features like Snooker table, table tennis and hot tub on a sunny day. •It is a gem found in Sorrento with few restaurant options and nice local bakery in the town side. Thank you for the hospitality. We highly recommend it! The best found in the area! Grazie Mille

Amazing location and the view. Luciano is a great guy even came few times to help us sort out some things around the house. All the fascilities and games were amazing for all of us, kids and adults.

Italian restaurants (non)opeining hours.

Villa is very big, a lot of space, very nice view to the sea, very quite. We also had very good experience with Fabrizio who checked us into the villa and helped us during the stay.

Part of the facilities are older and don't work well. For example, some of the window shutters can hardly be opened, or they are partially broken, coffee machine is old with some parts missing and practically useless, some of the beds are not comfortable to sleep, some chairs are very old and not comfortable for sitting, Wifi hardly works in the upper level of the Villa. The villa owner Francesca was also not so patient while we were trying to resolve a double payment issue upon arrival (we were requested upon arrival to pay city tax, but we already paid in advance all taxes in the original reservation and there is no indication in the reservation about another tax to be paid locally at the stay).

Hosts were very friendly, property is great on the inside and if the weather was better, I'm sure the view on the outside would also have been excellent. There's enough to do on the inside to cope with bad weather if required (pool, poker, table football, TV). There's space for parking two cars in a closed driveway.

The entry is up a very steep hill and a bit tight - bring a small automatic car if possible.
