This townhouse was perfect for our family vacation to Ouray. We had seven people 16 and older.

We spent 3 nights here while photographing the San Juan mountains in the Fall. What a lovely home, well decorated with comfortable beds and furniture. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

So many rentals seem clean on the surface but once you have been there for a bit, you see the dirt, dust and filth that has been there for a long time. This place is actually very well cleaned which I really appreciated. It’s beautiful and you can park your vehicle in the garage so you don’t have to worry about theft. We will for sure be back.

Place was clean and very nice. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had all necessary utensils and things we needed.

All you could ask from a host. Even had soap and detergent for first night stay. Condo is very comfortable and well equipped with rams, blankets etc. Recommended stay for sure.

We very much enjoyed our 4 night stay at this property. It was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and stocked quite nicely with everything a family of 5 could possibly need in theri "home away from home" While this property is not located in the heart of downtown Ouray it is only a very short (2 minute) drive away and parking downtown was never an issue. I would not let this be a deterrent at all. We do not have one negative thing to say about our stay!

We had a wonderful experience with this rental property. We were five adults (two couples and a single) and two infants under 16 months. The three bedrooms and baths work great for our needs. The common areas were spacious, and the amenities were plentiful. Communication with management was always helpful and timely. The surrounding area was very quiet and relaxing. Would recommend to anyone visiting Ouray.

Lots of extra blankets and pillows for beds, throw blankets for the couch, air purifiers for white noise, box fans, space heaters, plenty of extra towels, books, games, Netflix, etc. It was very nicely updated and we felt really at home. Things were well thought out here and there was plenty of room for everyone. :) We will recommend this place to everyone we know who visits Ouray! :)

Very nice property. Well stocked, roomy and very comfortable. Close to many attractions and shops.

Property was clean and well kept. Location was close to hot springs and kitchen had seating for 6 which was great for meals and games.

Good experience

From start to finish this was an easy and enjoyable experience. The instructions were clear and check in was easy. The unit was clean and very comfortable although my sister said the downstairs bedroom got cold at night. However, there are heaters in every room and she used one that worked quite nicely. It is not close to downtown and we weren't comfortable walking it, but driving was no big deal as the town wasn't very busy. We were there when there wasn't any fresh snow and it got up to 60 degrees every day. I loved being in Ouray. Stayed in many places in Colorado and this was one of the best experiences I've had. Highly recommend this rental.

Excellent location and great space for friends to get away and relax.

Loved the set up of the house. Perfect situation when every bedroom has its own en-suite and a half bath on the living room area. Sleeping with windows open, which you must do, especially on the top level is a little difficult with all the road noise. The mornings are worse than the evenings with large trucks going by starting at about 6:00, semi’s and delivery trucks. Sleeping in is not an option. And anyone driving something than a small midsize to small vehicle can very barely park a vehicle in space allotted if you are in the the unit’s interior end unit or mid unit that isn’t a straight in drive up. If you have to turn a truck or bigger SUV it’s nearly impossible. After the first day we just parked on the street. No room to work it into those very small spaces. The layout of the condo interior was great but def not the layout of the outdoor space. Also, the Television Satellite system would not stay on, it seemed to be the wind blowing trees around creating interference with the signal. A seemingly easy fix would be to trim some branches away from the dish. We all very much enjoyed our visit again to the San Juan’s!

Loved the property. Got the impression it was closer to telluride. But was still a nice vacation.

Our stay was fantastic! The condo was stocked with all of the kitchen gadgets and conveniences we needed during our stay. The town was nothing short of amazing! Our only recommendation would be to have a 4WD vehicle to get up and out of the driveway during heavy snow/ice buildup. We were able to shovel out and get on the road using the shovel provided in the garage. We cannot wait to go back!

The property was absolutely spotless and was exactly as pictured and described. Everything in the kitchen was top of the line and the towels were heavenly. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Property was really well equipped and laid out for a week of adventuring in Ouray. 4 adults, good privacy, everything we needed! Loved having a garage for bikes etc. street noise was really the only downside.
