Loved it!

Excellent location in Ouray, with fully stocked kitchen and multiple bathrooms. Heaters in every room with their own thermostat. Could have used a fan for a little bit of circulation in the rooms, but that's more of a preference of mine than a complaint. Beautiful stay in a beautiful area!

We had a wonderful experience at this updated listing. It was comfortable, clean, and in a great location along Main Street. The only downside was the noise from the snow plowing during the night but it would not keep us from staying again. The property manager was very responsive to any questions and lovely to work with. I would recommend this to others looking to stay in downtown Ouray!

Great getaway in the perfect location!

Newly renovated and exceptionally comfortable inside. Perfect location at the bottom of Main Street, near to everything. Could not have asked for a better location, accommodation nor communication from owner. Outside is not much to look at, but who cares!!!

The condo offered exactly what was stated in the listing. The photos in the listing helped us choose between this property and another property. The photos accurately represented what the property looks like. We would definitely stay there again if we were wanting to stay in Ouray again.

Great location in Ouray! The place was really clean and nice. Lovely wood interior makes it cozy Colorado. The few number of windows made it feel a bit closed in, but you're in Ouray - you should be outside anyway!

Place was clean and tidy and exactly as seen in the pictures. The property is on the main strip, which is super convenient for shopping and hanging out around town. Management is great and responds to questions quickly!

Conveniently located on the Main Street of Ouray. Walking the strip for shopping and dinner. This rental was perfect home base after riding the alpine loop. Single car parking on street in front of rental (don’t park near the yellow curb). Rental is close to the large trailer/rv parking lot on 9th Avenue. Rental was clean. A/C units in each room. There is another rental attached to the back.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect and we easily walked through downtown and to the hot springs.

Nice spot for our group, this charming home is perfect! Very clean, newly remodeled, beds were great. Located towards the bottom of main street and walking distance to hot pools. Easy stroll up main street and to the charming stores and shops. Parking very easy. Hosts were very responsive. I would definitely stay in this property again!!

This property was very nice, great location and had everything you need for fun, relaxing and an all around great time. Close to everything and I was very impressed that the property manager sent a text personally to check if all was well!! Thank you for a great place and we made some very happy memories!

We loved the location, and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in town. The layout is a little funky given the property’s past life as a store, but it is functional. Only feedback is that they were very light on towels (no bath mat and only 3 bath towels were provided, plus one hand towel for the kitchen.

The rental is very clean and an incredible location for accessing things in Ouray as well as a "base" for day trips. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen that was well supplied with pans, bowls, plates, and pretty much everything you could need. We did request more dishwasher "pods" which were delivered promptly the next day. We enjoyed the table for meals, games and the TV for football for the guys. The couch and loveseat are very comfortable, and the beds were great. All in all everything was perfect, with these few exceptions: 1) Mice. I don't mind dumping a mouse trap if needed, which we did the first night there. The second night we caught two mice which led to a lot of banging of traps on the wood floor and wall until they died. Not a great big deal, but just need to know your aren't living in the city. 2) the bathtub is approximately 20" off the floor. It is not handicap accessible, or really accessible for a lot of people. It is very clean and nice, just really hard to get in and out of. The bathrooms are in the back of the rental and the bedrooms up front FYI. Again, the location is perfect. Close to the hot springs, park, downtown, etc. It's quiet at night away from the middle of downtown. The trash is located in the alley roughly a block behind the rental up a hill. Something had got into the bins the night before but not really our problem. I don't know if the unit directly attached to the back is a rental or not, but we were not bothered by noise either night. All in all this property is a really nice one, although the price in the end with all the fees (? VRBO or property owner) jacks the price up a fair bit. We would definitely stay there again. So, there you go! PS. The fall colors this year made us forget any minor inconveniences. Also, the meat/cheese shop across the street is a must.

Can’t beat the location. Property is clean and right on Main Street. The hosts were quick to respond as well. Note there may be wifi but we weren’t able to connect to the weak signal. The host said they were upgrading so maybe a temporary issue. A good chance to disconnect for a weekend.

Wonderful place to stay while visiting Ouray! Located on Main Street, you are steps away from great dining, coffee, cute local shops and the Hot Springs. Hiking trails to Cascade Falls and Box Canyon were just a short drive away. The home had everything you needed to cook meals, and wind down and relax. The unit does not have a washer & dryer, which was a non-issue for us - more of a heads up for others. Internet was spotty (this was consistent for most of the town), it worked best at night while in the home.

Great location and easy to walk to stores and shops in town. The rental is nice sized, and it worked well for family of four. I had to work a little while there, and I had issues with the WiFi not working. However, overall it was a good rental and we had a great time.

5 days was enough. The town is small and surrounding trails are done in a few days. 3 days would have been better but you have to spread out that cleaning fee on these vrbo rentals, right!? If you want a balcony to hang out outside or if you want to wash clothes onsite then this unit isn't for you. Otherwise the place is fine.

This place was so clean and homey!! It was cozy and comfy and I would 10/10 recommend to anyone!! The beds are super soft and relaxing!!

Very close to Cascade falls and the hot springs. Right on main street so close to lots of dining. The property was actually in the blue store front, we assumed that was just the checkin location, but was really the remodeled home. Owner was very responsive with minor questions and issue.

Reviewer Comments: If you are a family or group of friends (up to 6) this is a very nice, well equipped place, modernized but with wooden walls in a 19th century building, right in the middle of Main street. steps from groceries, liquor store, restaurants etc - a perfect complement to your Ouray trip. The mosts were responsive and there was nothing missing from this rental experience and nothing to criticize. look no further.
