Dopo aver scoperto ogni angolo di questo appartamento da 64 metri quadrati di superficie, puoi schiacciare un pisolino a pochi passi da una piscina condivisa o concederti un momento tutto per te nella vasca idromassaggio. Non scordati che hai a disposizione anche un balcone come alternativa per le tue giornate. Non ti va di uscire? Nessun problema: in casa potrai giocare a biliardino o ping pong oppure approfittare di
accesso a internet, TV via cavo/satellitare e impianto stereo per concederti qualche ora di intrattenimento casalingo.

Very comfortable and clean. Everything was in good working condition. Good location for us, a short drive, or very convenient public transportation.

A very clean, very comfortable property. A bit out of town but in line with the non Vail Village pricing. Convenient garage parking made getting around easy. I would stay there again.

We had a really nice time, and the property was pretty much as described. There are a few things I would like to suggest to the owner: there is a Britta water filter that is broken, the light over the bathtub comes on and off sporadically, the sliding door to the bathroom is squeaky, there is no separate shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Finally, there were several lamps that each needed to be turned on individually, and some of them had broken shades.
In writing this, I am trying to provide feedback for the owner who may not realize some of these things. As a landlord myself, I am hoping this is constructive and helpful feedback!

Finally, there were several lamps that each needed to be turned on individually, and some of them had broken shades.

We had a lovely stay at this condo in the Fallridge complex. The location couldn't be more perfect to get to the Vail Golf Club. The views are spectacular from this condo and it was very clean and nice. Would definitely stay again!

This was a very lovely place to spend a weekend and I would return. Situated next to golf course and biking distance to the amphitheater or Vail village. Nice quiet and peaceful location. Comfortable bed and overall a clean unit and very pleasant and relaxing. Within the unit itself, everything was just as we hoped for and expected. The only down sides that I will mention: Hot tub (advertised in listing title!) was out of order, and the pool was sadly closed (this may have been seasonal, we were there in Sept, but it was warm and we did notice many other properties still had their pools open). Despite this, we still had a great time here and would return, but I would definitely check next time in advance about the pool and hot tub.
