Banheiro, não tem fechamento inteiro do Box, o que causa molhar todo o banheiro.

Faltaba la piscina

Muy agusto primero con la atención de silvina muy amable y cordial. Sobre la ubicación y lugar excelente. El edificio tiene una arquitectura muy modero que esta esplendido junto con la ambientación. El departamento tiene el espacio especial comodo agradable y buen ambiente, tema habitación living baño cocina balcón espléndido.

El departamento es nuevo y está impecable. Totalmente equipado con muebles, electrodomésticos y menaje de excelente calidad. Muy completo. La ubicación es.ideal a 3 cuadras de la estación de subte con supermercado y variedad de negocios cerca. Además el anfitrión provee de completa información sobre datos útiles como gastronomía y transporte. Una estadía excelente.

We loved the suite, spacious, clean, fully furnished, like a small apartment. Owners are very accommodating and helpful. Located 5 minute walk from Subway or bus 152 that takes you to all the must see areas. Large grocery store right around the block. Perfect base to see the city and be happy to come back to your room to relax.

Hammering and drilling in building next door. They offered a refund but I could not find the time to move as I had business meetings scheduled back to back

The security into the apartment was great. The facilities was great, had everything we need, kitchen was well equipped and modern.

The high security and different codes at 3 different doors was cumbersome. Construction next door start early morning.

1. safe box does not work. instructions had to be requested and were only in Spanish with no attempt on owners part to translate them. 2. the shower leaks onto the bathroom floor. easy to repair 3. the owner may consider leaving out a few basics (sugar, salt, tea, dish soap). A minor cost and a welcoming gesture. if one is there for 3 nights only buying all of these does not make sense 4. paying cash is fine. it would have been nice if the owner showed a bit more understanding that access to banks is not always that easy when you have just flown in to BA from the bankless Antarctic. 😃

Facilites and location. It was good placed and they offered facilites like Iron and a full kitcken to cook and eat. Hot water works ok and they offered like an extra service, parking in the same building.

The price was quite expensive in comparison with similar services in the same area. In general, it was clean but under the bed was dirty, dust and garbage. The main bed was ok but the other 2 "beds" that were some kind of sofa, were not comfortable enough.

The owner was excellent, very attentive and accommodating. The apartment was comfortable, clean and beautiful. I am not giving it a perfect score because we could hear noise from the construction site next door early in the morning, but that is temporary and otherwise our stay was superb.

The flat was very nice and well equiped. We stayed there for a week and we were relatively comfortable.

I would rather stay in a more centric place in Palermo. Also, we booked a few nights in a fair price. 2 weeks before, when we asked to extend our stay, the owner raised the price in 100%!!!! When I wondered why do I pay for the same flat double the price for some of the nights I was answered: "supply and demand" and was offered to cancel. It's not the first time I am staying in a flat run by a management company. I don't expect to feel like in a family, but such a response gave us the feeling we are not wanted and complete detachment. Not good service at all. This attitude kept going throughout all our stay in many small things. We won't come back.

Palermo is beautiful

The situations in this suite particularly the owner gave us a hard time asking in private for the payment from the moment we book and didn't even providing any kind of assistance. From the moment we enter until the last moment all she discussed was about the payment. Even though i Mentioned that the sofa cama wasn't comfortable her response was find another place after she received the payment. There is no cleaning service. Just before we check out the owner insisted to wait for her. Ad soon she entered the first thing she did was checking the kitchen and everything and directly she asked for the room key. This woman came with so much anger started to attack us I will not recommend this place especially for family's with young kids. The place was so tight my 3 years old had a hard time moving.

The apartment is one block from Santa Fe street, which is very convenient for subway and bus. The area is within walking distance of great restaurants. We will stay here again when we return.
