De kamers waren schoon en netjes. De bedden lagen heerlijk en de douche was ook heel goed.
De kinderen waren blij met hun eigen kamer. De keuken zag er goed uit, maar daar hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt.
Kortom, een hele fijne kamer.
We wisten niet waar we de sleutel moesten inleveren. En ik miste fruit bij het ontbijt.

-Alles elektrische war ausgesteckt, sogar der Kühlschrank, wir müssten alles wegrücken und einstecken
- Personal war sehr schüchtern und traute sich kaum grüßen
-Vor dem Fenster auf dem Vordach über dem Nebeneingang liegen unzählige Kippen und Müll
- Aschenbecher bei den Sitzgruppen vor dem Eingang wären übervoll
- Frühstück sehr lieblos gestaltet, keine Tomaten, Gurken und kein Obst

Unbequeme Betten, es hat nach Rauch im Zimmer gestunken(Zimmer 18), unterm Bett war es extrem dreckig, benutze Tassen wurden nicht ausgetauscht, Kaffee nicht aufgefüllt ( im Zimmer), kein Schrank, nur Kleiderstange.
beim Frühstück war kein Obst, Gemüse, kein Kakao. Keine frischen Brötchen oder ähnliches. Alles TK Ware. Um 8.55h wurde das Buffet schon weg geräumt, obwohl noch diverse Gäste anwesend waren und frühstücken wollten. Unverschämt.
Keine Ansprechpartner vor Ort.
Kein Aufzug.

There was cheap, with free parking, only one night
The breakfast was horrible, there were choses missing at the breakfast, and nobody refill it, very poor.we were change from an hotel to the other because there were overbooked, the first hotel was much better than the one we finished. The bathroom was very dirty

Goede bedden en goede locatie. Zelfs een kinderbedje beschikbaar en reeds opgezet voor aankomst. Eenvoudig in en uitchecken middels sleutelkluisje. Ruim appartement.
De badkamer en de keuken waren duidelijk nog niet gerenoveerd en lieten qua hygiëne te wensen over.

Übermittelte Info und Pin zum Erhalt des Schlüssels bei Anreise war falsch. Nach Telefonat ein anderes Zimmer bekommen als gebucht.
Einfaches Frühstück – ist ja in Ordnung. Aber wirklich fast alles bequem abgepackt? Dachte wir sollten uns längst schon in den kleinen Dingen mal Gedanken zu Nachhaltigkeit machen.

Da wir sehr spät angereist waren, wurde der Schlüssel im Safe hinterlegt. Perfekt und einfach…nur zu empfehlen.
Das Zimmer war riesig und das Bett war bequem.

Location was great, close to a bird park, restaurants and a supermarket. The room was clean and quiet.
Uncomfortable beds and huge pillows (probably intended for elephants). I was also very hot in our room with only a fan at our disposal. Very basic/scarce breakfast.

Since I was arriving late (around midnight) so, I requested for some instruction regarding parking since the property detail mentioned about free parking facility. But I didn't receive any reply/instruction regarding parking. So, I tried to call couple of time to the 24x7 support number when I arrive, but my call was never answered.

We didn't really "stay" at this very hotel because it was overbooked at the time of our arrival, but the hotel staff rebooked us on a 4-star hotel with an excellent room and excellent breakfast, so we were absolutely happy with our stay. Thank you!

My mattress was old and too soft in the middle.
I booked a room for 2 persons but there was only 1 blanket, 1 cup, 1 spoon.
There was no soap in the bathroom.

A message before arrival advised the unlock code for the key box to get the key. The motel room is modern and comfortable. Parking is on site.
Don’t expect a sumptuous breakfast with a wide range to choose from. It’s basic and reasonable - reflects the low price changed for the accommodation with breakfast. Would have appreciated a few hooks in the bathroom for the towels and clothes.
