Great location ,Lovely cottage, great garden for my dog with a lovely park across the road with access to the beach front in 10 mins walk.

As it was winter, just wish the heating had been on before we arrived, apart from that lovely cottage, looking forward to next year

The Keys were a major problem we got zero response from the host and all we needed was the lockbox key code. O messages and called multiple times during the day and after a 5 hour drive we access was delayed by an hour because the host did not provide the key details. I shall therefore not book this accommodation again.

Comfortable relaxing sitting room area, great location, nicely laid out, well equipped and modern kitchen. Overall a nice looking property.

First impression was poor. The postcode on the Booking.com confirmation was incorrect to start with. The front door was dirty with dried on dirt, and the outside light didn’t work. We didn’t sleep well at all as the beds were very uncomfortable. However the main reason we have rated this Cottage so low is due to the Host being unresponsive and a possible fire risk. We couldn’t use the dining area to eat or have access to the outside space because the key was missing to open the conservatory door. This left just the front door as an exit in the event of a fire/emergency. We expected a spare key to be dropped by but it didn’t happen. The Host ignored our voicemail and text even though these were listed as the best way to get hold of the Host. Although there was one exchange of messages via Booking.com the issue was still unresolved and the Host ignored the last message. The Cottage was a little smelly when we arrived, which we think was down to either a dirty mop or dirty water as the living room floor was still wet from being washed. Thankfully we had room fragrance with us. The guest guide booklet needs more information/updating. On a positive note the Cottage is located very close to the beach, it has great off road parking and if the issues were resolved this would be a really great place to stay.

Modern clean and cozy

It was lovely and very clean property on arrival there was towels tea coffee so happy me , cannot fault it , the only thing I would suggest is just put locks on cupboards my little one had everything out lol 😂

Nothing at all ( no tv in bedroom) so I had to sit with my husband in room 😂

The property was clean, tidy and all rooms were spacious and comfortable. The outside areas were really nice to sit for drinks or a meal and our dog loved it. The beds are very comfortable and it is in a quiet area a short walk to the beach, restaurants and activities.
