A spacious and comfortable apartment with a beautiful view

No privacy between the ground floor & level one

The location and size of the house was just devine, very spacious and nice and modern. The master bedroom was huge and sitting on the balcony everyday watching the dolphins and whales while having a morning coffee was a highlight.

The front door handle fell off ( it had perished) so you couldn't enter from the outside of the house, we had to get intouch twice with the agent to have someone come out, then they said they'd be back the next day and we never saw them again. My husband being a builder had to fix the handle himself just to get us through as 3wks without a handle to the front door would have been very hard. Also a lot of the towel rails fell off the wall & he fixed those too. Light bolbs had blown & he fixed those too, and the fridge absolutely stunk of fish from the previous people so really needs a good sanitize.

Beautiful outlook, exceptionally clean and spacious, very reasonably priced, huge spa bath and garage. The most comfortable property we’ve stayed at in Forster.

The only issue we had with the apartment is that if someone is staying on the lower level, the sound really carries upstairs. However, if you have considerate people staying downstairs, you have absolutely nothing to worry about.

The view, location, overall space was fantastic. Staff made check-in super easy and where helpful. I would definitely stay with them again. Best view on the street

Please needed more attention to detail with cleaning. Dust, pet hair and crumbs can be seen if you look hard enough. Over all on surface looks good. German cockroach in the kitchen is also an issue not many but enough to make you feel icky

Unfortunately our experience was impacted by a lot of issues with the property. The view was lovely.

When we arrived, at 5.30 pm, the property was not cleaned. I called the help number I was given, and we had to leave the property for over 2 hours so that the cleaning could be done. Very dissapointing as my family had travelled 5 hours to the property. Although the beds only had covers, and we brought our own sheets, we arrived finding the bed covers on the ground, human hair all through the ensuite bathroom and sand in the bath. The lawns were not mowed. We couldn't let our grandchildren outside to play as it was very unsafe because of the long grass and debris in the back yard. The property had minimal furniture. There was not enough lounge space for the amount of people the property accomodated for. The dining room chairs and outside seating was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. There was nothing that supported comfort and relaxation with this property. This property did not live up to the expectation of its pricing.
