We will without a doubt be returning to this location and condo. Amazing in all ways. Quiet, beautiful, convenient, friendly, laid back, and more. Perfect for my husband and I with our son. Had everything we needed and more!

You can’t beat the view from this unit. This was our first time to Oahu and the turtle bay location while beautiful is a bit limiting and expensive compared to other North Shore locations. Would recommend finding dinner locations off the resort which require at least 15 minute drive but worth it for variety and better pricing. Otherwise we loved the unit

The bathroom was beautiful, clean and had plenty of towels, including beach towels, and a few toiletries. The kitchen was small, but very functional. It has some very high end appliances to boot! The location of the unit is fantastic! When we arrived, someone was parked in our parking spot. I made a quick call to the phone number provided and the problem was solved very quickly. The best bar and restaurant on the Turtle Bay property (Sunset at Turtle Bay) is located steps away from this unit. I was pleasantly that there were so many extras available in the unit. There was a pack n play, a baby gate, a high chair, a sippy cup in the kitchen . There was an entire beach locker full of beach gear, including an ice chest, snorkeling gear, 4 chairs and more! The kitchen had some salt snd pepper, a few spices, coffee filters and all the cookware and utensils you’d ever need. I truly felt like someone had leant me their vacation home vs a vacation rental. It has been meticulously maintained. The lanai had very comfortable furniture to have coffee or meals on, and an incredible view on. Before I left home, I printed off the instructions for the unit. It was 9 pages. I never do that, but in this case, there are very detailed instructions and directions to the unit on arrival, and I found it very helpful to get in. I highly recommend Villa 302! You won’t regret staying here. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Villa 302 is a stunning property. It had everything we needed and made our stay an absolute pleasure. The unit was stocked complete, the bed was very comfortable, the ice maker in the sub zero was a bonus and we cant say enough about the location and experience! We will indeed be back again!

Easy access to the beach at the hotel amenities.

Condo was as profiled in the listing, beautiful view and nice layout. Furnishings could use a bit of an upgrade (holes in couch cushions, stains on rugs) but overall nice unit with arguably one of the better beach views in the complex. A king bed would fit nicely and should be swapped out for the queen! It would be beneficial if the owner could work out full reciprocity with the hotel as we learned other units do have full access- it would be a game changer as the pool and hot tub are undersized for the size of the complex, and access to the gym would be great. Parking and grounds access was very secure, grounds are well kept. Be aware, this is a *very* family friendly complex and with few staff on site there is constant “action” everywhere with not many of the “rules” being followed- another benefit to getting access to the hotel!

Excellent location at turtle bay resort! The condo had everything you need for a wonderful stay! Having the washer/drier was an added bonus! The bed was extremely comfortable and the view was fantastic! Parking was also excellent! Would highly recommend this condo for a wonderful vacation on the north shore! Stayed 09/27/23 - 10/3/23.

It has an amazing view, easy access to the beach and restaurant, and has everything you need for a nice beach vacation. The kitchen was great and easy to cook in. They also provide sand toys, umbrellas, beach chairs, snorkels, etc. They provide all the info you need to have an easy check-in and out. We were very comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

Overall beautiful condo! Beautiful ocean views! Go swim in the ocean that is to the side of the main hotel - all the turtles are there! and if you go early you have it all to yourself!! FANTASTIC!

The villa studio unit was clean and well equipped. The third floor unit is located on the hotel/resort end of the villa property close to beach access, close to Roy Yamaguchi's and the hotel bars and restaurants. The property offers great hikes and close to Turtle Bay are great food trucks and activities (we did near by zip lining and it was fantastic.)

Our first stay was shortly after the villas were finished, so everything was pretty much in new condition. Not so this stay, in this particular villa. The refrigerator was not working and so we discovered two small refrigerators in the living room. The furnishings appeared to be original and some of the upholstery was threadbare. The stopper in the bathtub was disconnected. We made a call and were advised to use the temporary rubber stopper. We love Turtle Bay resort and especially the Ocean Villas but would not rent Villa 302 again unless we could be assured that the condition was improved.

Gina is an amazing host! The accuracy and timeliness of information was very helpful in our planning and arrival. Place was clean and had a spectacular view. Wish we could have stayed longer. We’ll be back!
